Antonio Ospina was absolutely amazing!!! great customer service, he was able to throughly answer all my questions and went over and beyond to make sure i was fully understanding my situation i am going through!!! if i could give 10 starts i would!!!

We spoke to three different tects today regarding a clogging problem that has been an ongoing problem and we have sent pictures. We have cleaned numerous times, used cleaning fluid numerous times. John was the first tech who asked us if we had updated our version of software on the machine the first person after all these problems realize that we hadn’t gotten the update. We were told it was environmental, it was lack of cleaning, we have replaced parts. No one checked to see if we were updated to most current software. When the update popped up we were told not to update they were having problem with it. No one told us to do the update until today. I have been spoken to by technicians that made me feel like I made the wrong decision in purchase this printer. Comments like you can still print when they’re big holes of missing ink on the print head check. There is a great difference in the information depending on who answers the call. We are not new to printing just new to this machine. So glad we got John, I believe we may be on the way to better printing.

Sometimes life and situations occur and matter how you choose to do with them that makes a difference. My printer was down on luck and Luke and Eddie made it seem brighter for the kindness they shared with replacing a part. It definitely shows there are people who care out there and listen.

I just want to say that I'm very happy with the support I received today, and I can get back to printing thanks to James. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. He was thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied before ending the call. James is a keeper!!!! Hope to get James again if I ever have any other issues.
