Our issues are dealt with patiently and effectively.

These machines and the company are an absolute money pit. Stay away. Not worth the money or the risk. We went through 3 or 4 different print carriages within the year of using the DTG (Ri2000). Clogging still (no matter the amount of preventative maintenance) occurred with each new/refurbished print carriage. After each carriage change, we increased the amount of preventative maintenance, to avoid future clogging. Yet, the inevitable clogging would occur over and over again. Tech support, although helpful (but only during 1 year warranty, after that, you're on your own), is only offered by phone. So, in a sense, YOU are the technician for their machine. YOU have to take the day out of YOUR busy schedule to conduct maintenance on the machine. For a machine with a $15k-20k price tag, I assumed an in-person technician would conduct the maintenance, when needed..... at least for the first year's warranty.

James is absolutely the best. Mrs an expert at what he does. He knows the machines in and out and is an excellent teacher to help you navigate any issue. He needs a Raise!!

He helped greatly and took his time and even had some comedy to help pass the time as we installed the CTL and carriage unity. After a mistake on my half he help trouble shoot to find the cause of it and then proceeded to help update my firmware and also connect my computer to my printer. All in all it was a very great install that helped and taught me more about my machine that I did not know. THANK YOU

If I can do a minus 5 I will. They sent me a bad carriage right out of the box. It didn’t work it wouldn’t give me a good nozzle check and they wouldn’t do anything about it so I’m still fighting with them stay away from them if you can.

I was given an opportunity to get a refurbished carriage and was sent an email from my tech James Lee who gave a really nice discount on this part. He also stated this was only an offer good for 24 hours. So I ordered the part. Forgot to ask about shipping because he told me they were paying for shipping. I called back and the part isn’t even in stock and on top of that the lady finally called me back said by end of week possibly beginning next week they will be shipping part. Then proceeded to leave me a voicemail that it’s 2-3 day shipping as well. I had 2 large orders surly this weekend for a rush order for shirts for 2 restaurants that I now cannot do because not only have I been without this machine for 2 weeks but now it’s going to be about another 10 days wasting ink through maintenance cycles, had to factory reset machine and go into secret menus to get it to do that even. No more cleaner to shut machine down and have to wait for this part for 10 days give it take.

Very upset and very very disappointed with Ricoh and their tech support I have lost all faith in this company due to a dam power outage out of my control. I was at work.
