I loved the content of course and how she explained every topic. The action steps and role plays really help me to understand deeply. Of course before I be a coach this course help me a lot to evolve me as mother. Now I can understand my child behaviour and how I am reacting rather responding. I am shifting my energy to achieve desirable results.

Learning about life coaching has been an enlightening journey for me. Its like a self-therapy session that helped me understand myself as well as equipped me with tools and techniques that I can use to coach others better. And the concepts have been explained so simply by Riddhi Mam which makes the learning all the more fun. She prompts you to take action in the right direction.

I am a part of EPH past 6months and in this time frame I am completely changed personality. What more I can ask for when my child listen to me and I am able to understand the my child better. This course on parenting is really a prerequisite nowadays. This course haas covered several topics right from handling a child to handling ourselves and resolving issues by staying calm. I joined EPH in june ,after join EPH i am seeing the positive change in me and my relationship with husband and with my kids,
I learnt how to behave with teenager.This is the only community where mothers are improved before kids.

I joined EPH 4 month ago. Already i am seeing the positive change in me and my relationship with kids .
I learnt how to be more spiritual and practical with teenager.Also gave me energy boost when i found out what i was doing and following is not wrong. When none in family supported my thinking.

After joining to EPH, I feel lots of changes in my life. My pattern of parenting is change, I became more calmer, I am giving more quality time to my family.
