I joined EPH to make myself a more better mother and to be consistent in my learning and growth. The supermom health club mission was amazing. I loved the idea of getting into the habit of hydration, sleep, finishing dinner by 7pm, exercises and other ideas. It has helped me get rid of the stubborn belly fat to a great extent. I am not facing any more acidity and reflux issues. I am going to continue following all these practices.
