Great customer service from an agent with a lovely Kiwi accent. I couldn't reserve on-line for some reason and he got me on a ride to Seattle and back at the times that I wanted...and got the payment and confirmation all settled quickly. YAY!

I found it very easy/ straight forward to book my bus ride (@ less than 24hrs notice), and the female driver was exceedingly pleasant, and the bus was comfortable

I've booked through Ridebooker multiple times now, since it's much easier and cheaper than other transport options to the airport. Since my flight was changed, I had to change the time of my bus as well, and this was fixed by chat very quick! Another time I unfortunately had to cancel my booked ticket, this was also no problem and very easy to do. All in all, very much recommended if available in your area!

Our Quick Shuttle to the Vancouver, B.C. cruise pier was punctual with a seamless stop at the U.S./Canadian Border. The shuttle was clean, comfortable and the driver was amazing maneuvering the narrow streets of downtown Vancouver. She was calm and professional and got us there safe and sound. We’ll definitely use this service again.

Very punctual start. Delay due to high volume and 18 miles of stop and go caused by a flipped dump truck. Driver John did his very best to make lost time up. Extremely good driver, very safe and helpful. I didn’t know about tipping bus drivers as my husband booked the trip for me and I only had a booking number. I am sorry John you would have more than earned a tip.
