First Time Booking with Ridebooker
This was my first time booking with Ridebooker. I flew into the Chicago O'Hare Airport with absolutely no idea where to pick up the bus to take me to Rockford, Illinois (my confirmation stated Terminal 5 ground transportation -- however, not familiar with the airport, this was foreign to me). All airport staff at O'Hare were amazing and one staff member actually walked me to my bus.
The bus driver greeted me warmly, was very friendly, bus looked new, extremely clean, and very comfortable for my 80 minute ride from O'Hare to Rockford.
I highly recommend Ridebooker to anyone traveling from the O'Hare Airport to Rockford, Illinois.

Quick and easy
Very easy to book online, bus left on time, arrived on time and was comfortable.
Driver was very accommodating, even modified the route to get one passenger closer to her destination.
Would use them again.

Excellent Service for an insane price
The service (Toronto Airport to Niagara Falls and back) was excellent. The price was insane (271 CAD). The transportation desk in Toronto Airport offered a transport for a fraction of that.

The Chinese gentleman driver was awesome on our return to Surrey on June 7th. Excellent driver, very consistent speed as nd very cautious.also very helpful at the border and he didn't want to accept a tip from us but we insisted.
A little more enjoyable on all accounts than enroute on May 29th with a different driver from Surrey to Seattle.

Fast, clean, polite and informative driver
Great ride from just across from Vancouver Airport to downtown Seattle. Driver was excellent, just the right information, clean coach, made it to Seattle in 2 hrs 45 mins on a Sunday evening. Border crossing pretty quick too. Only request is to have more coaches on a Sunday as I just missed the 12.30 bus (my flight arrived at noon) I would have love to get a bus at around 2/3pm instead of wait for 4 hrs for the 5.25pm bus. Sky train from the airport was quick and easy to Bridgeport and easy walk to the casino from there. Downtown Seattle location easy for pick up too.
