We contacted RID electricals to help install our cooker. They were quick to get back to us and did the installation. Caroline kept in contact with us and Kev did a fantastic job, friendly and efficient.

Having discovered a burn mark in the shower switch we contacted RID after seeing recommendations on Facebook. Called early and they were fabulous. They fitted us in to have a look at short notice, got the parts and returned the next day. The service from the call to installation was second to none. Professional, friendly and personable. From first contact, nothing was too much trouble. They took us through the process prior to solar panel & battery installation. Despite the weather, Kev and the team worked and completed on time. Kev & Caroline then took the time to explain the system and App Too a couple of technical dinosaurs

I am so grateful for the swift response from RID to my garbled but important electrical issue! Caroline's understanding from my phone call, & Kev's ability to squeeze a visit to my home. He was cheerful & efficient in switching the light switch, I will be giving them another call to workout some interior lighting that I have been contemplating for a while. Thank you!

Everything works as it should, very tidy and friendly service

Kev did a great job fitting more electrical sockets, extractor fans and bathroom pull cords. It’s great to have Caroline at the end of an email or phone call to answer questions and sort things out. Time keeping/communication was a bit amiss on a couple of occasions but much better on the final visit. Would use again.

Fitted us in for a install of a industrial car lift at late notice , fitted all electrics and commissioned the ramp and issued appropriate paperwork in a perfect timeframe .
