Rightdose Pharmacy Avis 

Ordered an item which wa acknowledged then nothing, no reply to emails or their phone number says no one is about and cuts off.
Update: Once i had finally managed to get a reply and the order processed it arrived very quickly.

Arranged for next day guaranteed special delivery. No item here, no updates no response. Tried to call several times the automated message says no agents available to take calls and cuts me off. I have emailed and messaged and no response I want a refund for the postage and replacement item sent

Totally incompetent, and at many times a dangerous service.
Since starting to have this so called state of the art service it's been a nightmare.

Meds have been missing from the monthly delivery, Meds have been sent that wasn't asked for, Meds came late. Repeat items not available even tho they know it's a repeat prescription every month.

Even the poor drivers were used as excuses, before they started mailing the Meds.

Communication with them was very poor, to the point it's virtually non excitant.

The company state they closed the pouch service due to costs, that may be part of it. But I think due to the lack of reliable compitant service with prescriptions played a bigger part than they said.

They now expect customers that they let down repeatedly, and in some cases dangerously, to now allow them to carry on supplying and the delivery of prescriptions.

As soon as I received the Email to inform me they had ceased the service with no warning, I changed the Chemist that was to be used by my doctors the same day.

We gave them chance after chance, and received the reply of it wouldn't happen again each time.
Well it did, and did mostly every month.

Sadly not only should the service have been scrapped NHS Scotland should be investigating the service, Errors made, and the Meds that they supplied when not asked for. and we had to bin them as they couldn't be taken back, all at the NHS expense.

They told us on a number of occasions they reported Errors they had made. I highly doubt they would have been allowed to continue suppling Meds on behave of the NHS for as long as they did if this was true.

I will now be suppled the good old fashioned way of using the local chemist, who will collect and deliver my Meds in a way you can rely on and trust.
Yes this will mean going back to using the cardboard dosette packs, but least its will be safer.

The Med daily Pouches idea was a great idea, but a total flop in practice, safety, and financially.

Sorry but I wouldn't even trust this companies Chemist shops on the street after the way they acted and the way they cut the service off without any warning to customers.

Makes you wonder why they couldn't give any warning, was it shut down rather than choice?

I also hope the NHS look into the costs and practices of the company.

If you possible can, avoid this company at all costs.

I left 4 call requests last week as they had a prescription from my GP for at least 2 weeks. No call backs received. What's the point of offering this service if they don't call you back 🤬 left me having to get an emergency supply from my pharmacy. Non existent customer service.

I have used Right Dose for a few years now; until now the service has been wonderful.
I have been trying for about 2 weeks now to speak to someone about my prescription. I've called more times than I can remember. As I write this review I've been on for about 7 minutes waiting on a reply.
I've spoken to different departments who have taken all my details and promised me a callback. I'm still waiting.
The customer service is non-existent. My prescription has changed and I'm not getting the new meds and cannot speak to anyone who can or will help.

After getting another department today and leaving a message I did get a call back. I wish I could say the young lady on the phone was polite and helpful, sadly I can't. I had to ask for an apology.
I could understand her surly attitude had I been rude or shouted, I didn't and was still me with an attitude.

Once again poor customer service lets Rightdose down. The introduction of the call back system will only work if they actually call you back. I have called them countless times and been promised a call back each time, it is with total frustration that I have taken to Trust Pilot once again to highlight this issue.

I have been using Righdose Pouch for well over a year now and in the last couple of months our prescriptions have been recieved on time but always missing items.
Trying to contact them is not at all possible as there is a cut off and ring back service that doesn't work!!
Started great but gravely insufficient service these days. Please consider other services before this one!
