Fantastic service
Very good company to deal with..Great communication when ordering and delivering as i had to delay my delivery date and they held onto the product until I was ready. Very strong table and chairs set and easy to assemble. The option to get it assembled was also available.

Emlyn in right style furniture in Fonthill was a brilliant help from the beginning. I purchased a couch and table and chairs from him. He was very patient when I couldn’t make up my mind. Communication with him was great regarding delivery and delivery was much quicker than I had expected. I had a great experience over all.

Excellent service
We are so happy with the bed we purchased and the service we received throughout was absolutely excellent from attending the showroom at Omni to having our bed installed from the delivery team.
We have since recommended Rightstyle to friends who have recently made purchases too and we will most definitely be returning customers ourselves.

No bench for months
We have been waiting Over a month to have a bench delivered. Been told 3 times they'll call us back but they never did. We have a table but no bench to sit on.. Customer service can only do so much but waiting this long for a bench is ridiculous!!

Top Class Service
My fiance, Lisa and I, travelled from Cork the last week of February 2025, to purchase our new furniture as we were so impressed with the fabulous social media reels. As we passed through Kilkenny, we learned of a few negative reviews. We decided to carry on and see for ourselves. We travelled to the Belgard Road store. We met Orla and to say we were treated with absolute class and professionalism wouldn’t give it the appreciation it deserves. We ordered a beautiful double ottoman bed for our daughter, an absolute top class dining table and chairs, and a fantastic bespoke 2 seater and 4 seater for our living room. We are delighted with everything Orla and Rightstyle did for us. Orla couldn’t have done any more, emails back and forth to make sure we were always happy with the next step. An absolute joy to deal with.

Can't recommend Rightstyle Furniture enough. Went in looking a bed for my daughter and thanks to Orla she got the perfect bed. They were great to deal with and I was kept up to date about the delivery. They are definitely value for money. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought a bed for 1467 euro told 4 to six weeks on the second week went in to shop to cancel my wife has parkinsons needs two knee replacement won't do them because she will die on the table the hospital said she is tallaght hospital with two compression factors on spine and refuse to give a credit note as she needs a mobilty bed disgraceful customer service

I can see that you guys ordered a custom made bed, due to our T&C's, once an order has arriving to our warehouse, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled. This is why our service team would have denied the cancellation, I can see that they have escalated this with management due to your circumstances and are awaiting to hear back.
Again, we can't apologies enough for any inconvenience caused. We hope you understand the reason for the denied cancellation is due to your bed being custom made but we are actively working on a resolution for you.
