RIGS & GIGS Avis 

I hired a haze machine that did not work for my son's birthday for £60. I wish I'd looked at these reviews first because the machine did not work, no one answered my calls as I sunk time trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Niki promised to return the money and even confirmed in writing that it was in their payment run due to go out on Friday but the money has not turned up.

Do not trust Niki. She is a liar and a cheat. She has owed my small business over £1,000 for over a year. I have been messaging, emailing and calling but she ducks all communication because she has no excuse left. If you care about booking with honest people look elsewhere.

This is the 3rd time I'm writing this review after I was "promised" payment if I take down my last review.

I was sub contracted in December for a selfie mirror hire job which we turned up & even stayed over 20 minutes because the hosts where such lovely people. Up to date 30th june I was promised numerous times that I will be paid "if I take down my negative review".

I strongly believe this company is going into liquidation and I would strongly advise any customer not to pay any deposit to this company as the chances of being "ghosted" like I am at the moment are very high. This company has left me no other choice but to take them to court.

What a great service i am in Scotland and my friend from Sweden was playing a gig in the black lion Hammersmith. His equipment was too small and riggs and gigs took care of everything hassle free with a great price

We used Rigs and Gigs for PA system and lectern for my mother´s memorial service. They were helpful, sensitive and provided a great service, thank you!

We used R&G for the second time today for a large outdoor community event. Absolutely seamless experience. From the booking to the arrival and set up. Lloyd and his team know exactly what they are doing, no fuss, proper experts. Would recommend R&G hands down and will definitely be using them again. Massive credit to Nikki and Lloyd and their team!

I used Rigs & Gigs for the first time this weekend and have to say what a pleasure it was to work with them, lovely people plus so accommodating, they made the job so easy! I never write reviews but had to in this case.. Viva R&G!

These guys were an amazing help on a large scale project. I cant recommend enough Rigs and Gigs as a company and as individuals.

These guys are great, thankfully they take a real interest in what you need. This was my first hire of a PA system so I wasn't too confident about what I needed, but they gave good friendly advice...the end result was truly great sound at my event, and no drama. Got me out of trouble at short notice too. Many thanks Lloyd and Niki
