Rigu Avis 

After seeing one of their products used in a photo on social media i had to visit their website and have a look for myself.
I bought 2 filters, chose next day delivery due to recent postal strikes and they arrived the following day, absolutely beautifully packaged, each in its own case and the box it arrived in was very well package with the invoice inside the box.
I also received an email from them confirming collection by Royal Mail and service from them was just fantastic.
I look forward to using these new filters :)

I bought some shutter releases from this seller. The products were all very well made, well packaged and well priced. The seller even included a freebie which he felt was not perfect (and therefore not for sale)... the freebie looked great to me.

Wow, fantastic service at a competitive price, thank you so much Andrew. I’ve been looking at buying some photography light-painting equipment for a while, the main dealer being in the US, but having found Rigu I thought I’d give them a try, as they are UK based and the prices including delivery worked out a bit cheaper too. I placed my order shortly before 5pm on Thursday, selected the free delivery option and was really surprised to have the items delivered by Royal Mail just before 10am Saturday. All along Andrew had been in touch via email. I really couldn’t ask for better service and would definitely recommend Rigu to anyone. Support your local small businesses as they won’t let you down.

I cannot recommend this business enough!!! I ordered some Hold Fast harnesses from Rigu and they were delivered very quickly, even over a bank holiday and the communication was fantastic. The harnesses are perfect and I would happily give my review 10 stars and would recommend to anyone in the market for camera harnesses to only shop here.

My order I thought had a problem when I didn't think a payment had gone through. Rigu contacted me directly over a bank holiday weekend, and sorted out the issue.
