I had a small panic when tracking didn’t update for a few days but support replied fast. Everything arrived safely after that.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I beg everyone do not go buy anything from this company. Customer service is horrible. Literally bought a jacket that was supposed to be a 3xl however it was more like an extra small jacket. Had to pay $95 to get it sent to Canada and then the check was sent back to me after weeks of waiting for my money which I paid almost $120 for the jacket do not order from this company. I am done with ordering stuff through social media. It seems like all these places are scams. Be my careful where you shop at.
Awful products no customer service
Worst online company. Sells garbage & wont stand behind it even when presented with photo evidence. Bought 2 pair of shoes. From photos you can see they are not size 13 of the blue pair. Refused to refund my money without a restocking fee for their garbage & demanded I pay to send them back to Canada, when they have headquarters in the US. Scambag company. Avoid or it will cost you.
Vey poor refund experience
Ordered two overcoats as first one did not fit.
Ordered the second one after I had returned the first one, thinking I would receive a refund.
I did not and when I received the second coat it did not fit.
Returned it as well through Canada Post with a tracking numbers for both coats.
After attempting to contacting their customer service dept I received no response.
I fortunately had paid for these purchases through PayPal, who eventually refunded both purchases to me.
If I had not used PayPal I am confident I would be out the cost of these two overcoats.
Misleading product and poor customer…
Misleading product and poor customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with Riley Grove. I ordered glasses with a silver-colored frame, but what I received was clearly a gold-colored frame. These are not the same color, and the difference is obvious in person.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed the item was the same and blamed the difference on “lighting and screen settings.” This explanation is simply not believable, silver and gold are entirely different finishes, not minor variations caused by lighting.
Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they chose to deny it, which feels misleading and dishonest. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Riley Grove. Be very cautious when ordering, as the product you receive may not match what is advertised.
Stay away!
I ordered a bunch of shirts I thought looked cool. However, it has been three months and I still haven’t received them. I get emails back from Brittany but all she does is send me a tracking number and place the onus on usps. USPS obviously lost it, but she refuses to refund or reship the items.
I am editing this review today to say that Britannia’s reached back out and is seemingly trying to resolve the situation again. Credit where it is due…
We will see if anything gets accomplished.
SCAM Avoid it !!! They will keep your money and refuse to refund
I order a jacket in September, it was a gift but unfortunately I realized that the person already ordered it I canceled which they did but I have been charged already I have been trying to get a refund since we are currently in December I keep sending mail and called but no one answers . On my tracking it’s says still waiting for details. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AVOID RILEY GROVE !!!!!
Total scam
Total scam. Don't even consider it, people. The jacket I received felt like it was made out of bin bag when it is rain and wind proof.
Item was returned then was ghosted by the ''support team'' without issuing me the refund. Currently trying to get my money via bank, you can raise a dispute. Goodluck
Very negative customer service experience. Total loss of purchase price.
Totally agree with Mark and Clara.
Product was grossly too small. Grossly. Unwearable. Either manufacturing or labelling error. Item didn’t even have a size label on it or the packaging. Needed to return but RG required me to pay for it plus potential duties because they are in Canada, amounting to about 2/3 of the item price itself. If I just wanted credit, I still had to return it and would get only 50% of value. Extremely negative customer service. I’m out the total purchase amount, about $90. 0 stars, if I could.
The produce is nothing like the phone…
The produce is nothing like the phone of the bath mats I ordered. The color is not correct. States green, looks more like teal.

Highly recommend that you AVOID Riley Grove
Riley Grove is trying to be reputable but keeps getting in its own way! I have to note that my product did eventually arrive and I actually find it a mostly accurately represented pair of pants. However, trying to discover where the product was and what was being done to find it was sadistic and exploited gaslighting and ghosting techniques as customer service. I offer you the following:
Shipping:
The website leads you to believe that everything ships from Canada. Okay, so I thought this was the location of the drop shipper. Wrong! This ships from China.
Worse yet, they use SpeedX as the local delivery provider in my country. SpeedX is notoriously late if they deliver at all. I had attempted to prevent that and was happy when I discovered this on the website:
Delivery Partners
Country/Region Courier
United States USPS
Canada Canada Post
Australia Australia Post / iMile
United Kingdom Yodel
UAE & Saudi Arabia iMile
which I interpreted to mean that I would not have to deal with SpeedX.)
Their automated email actually contains this at the bottom:
Shipping method
USPS Flat Rate
Professional:
There is a YouTube video floating out there which talks about how professional the site looks and sounds. This is partially true. The images are “enhanced” to make the items appear far more attractive than they really are. The description of the items is written in stilted language and/or very poorly translated. Take for instance this bullet description of their “Aurora Stone Tile Doormat”:
• “Backing ruber griping to firmly tile preventing shifting”
Note the misspellings and verb forms. The bullet should read (or something like that):
• Rubber backing grips firmly to the tile preventing it from shifting.
This should have been my first clue!
Contact/Support:
There is no address for the organization.
The phone number that they list (866-RILEYCO) dials into a Russian AT&T conference meeting asking for your room ID and password after you have selected your language. Without one, you will never speak with Riley Grove. In short, this number does NOT work.
Their automated email reply system is responsive, I will say that. You will almost immediately get an email responding to your inquiries. That email is AI enhanced to “acknowledge” the topic that you’ve addressed so it sounds like a human response. IT IS NOT! It is boilerplate and often inaccurate:
• “Just confirming that we have received your request and we're on it. We will ensure to respond you within 24 hours.” [obligatory sarcasm: They must live on an entirely different planet which rotates on its axis once every fortnight.]
• “We kindly ask you for your patience and request you to avoid opening duplicate tickets.”
• Shipping method - USPS Flat Rate (Inaccurate)
After that, you hear nothing.
One email noted “escalation” and actually contained the first and last name of the customer service representative. You can actually Google that person’s name and she exists. Her social media presence is somewhat dubious (having learned a thing or two from MTV’s Catfish). It makes me wonder if this person is truly aware that Riley Grove is using that name (she’s getting cloned) or if it’s a safe business practice to allow it to happen?
If these insufficiencies have not prevented you from shopping at Riley Grove, please, feel free to supply whichever nefarious economic superpower (or third world country with a nuclear bomb) you want to with your cash. Yes, I just said you’re slow and admittedly I was too, but I didn’t have this nifty review to help me.
Seriously, I do hope that you find this valuable. It is a shame that we cannot have their business license removed so they cannot operate in the US. It is interesting that at least one VPN/security software blacklists the site to protect their users from being duped. Shouldn’t they all?
Adding update 11/9/25: Trustpilot sent the following:
"You’ve written a review for Rileygrove, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience.
Just a reminder that you have 2 days left to provide more information or your review may be taken offline." [NOTE: the words 'taken offline' are underlined in a threatening manner]
The information they requested was an email address, my full name, a phone number and a reference number to verify the authenticity of my post. This is, yet again, their attempt to push all responsibility on the customer. I want to emphasize that the company is already in possession of said information and I would recommend that they begin by reviewing email exchanges between the customer and

Riley Grove provided this in a response email so I believe it fair to share as evidence of the post's veracity and authenticity. What losers!
No way to correct or change shipping after ordering
I just move cross country last week and was trying to order a phone case. Their ordering form accepted Apply Pay at the top and had the address fields at the bottom.
When I chose apple pay, it immediately charged and delivered to the address on the Apple Pay without confirmation. I immediately caught this and email their 'Customer Service'.
I didn't receive a response until after the order was shipped and was told there was nothing I could do.
No attempt to resovle the situation or own the error on their part. If they had some way to adjust the order like every other company does this would never have been an issue. That aside, their customer service is a joke.

Sunglasses no better than what you'd expect in a lucky bag - obnoxious plastic - posted in a padded bag - twisted and mishapen - really low quality product.

Poor quality
I ordered a US 6 because every shoe I have is a 6; however, when I received my order late from Rileygrove that shoe was way too big and felt like a 9. The shoe has a poor quality and design. When I stated that I need a refund and to return the shoe, Brittany Fewchuk said they would issue me a store credit so that I could purchase a smaller size. Then, she sent me an email with a store credit of a 50% off discount just another way to get me to spend more money, rather than them issuing me a full refund. They are not trustworthy. We need to come together and get these people shut down for good.
If I had the option to give it 0 stars…
If I had the option to give it 0 stars I wouldn't hesitate!
Order took literally 2 months to be delivered, during which I couldn't get a hold of them. I sent multiple emails asking g for a return address and a refund with no reply at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! It’s a scam. This company doesn’t deserve 1 star. Ordered two pair of sunglasses for my daughter and they never arrived. It’s been almost two months and the representative keeps saying it’s a tracking issue. Definitely a scam! Save your money.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company - the products I received were not as described and sub standard quality - they are unresponsive to my questions and despite paying £26 for a tracked return they have never confirmed receipt of my return and there support is non existent and I’m now having to pay the full amount for the item I’ve returned so £75 out pocket -

I spent $80 on two bath mats. They arrived enough here to be worth about $10 each. Don't be deceived by the attractive photos. They have online, their products don't arrive like they are pictured.

Actually zero stars
Actually zero stars. Dont buy from this company. They sell cheap goods from Shianghai China and returns, while offered as a last option, cost more than goods are worth!!! I bought $160 of rugs worth about $40. Cheapest rate to return it to Ontario Canada was $90. Products received were awful not comparable in any way! Buyer beware!

Buyers Beware
I ordered some sun glasses from Riley Grove and never received it. When I tried to reach out to them with the number they provided, a prerecorded message came on saying, thank you for calling AT&T. I knew I had gotten swindled. Never again will I make any kind of purchase from a unreliable/unreputable source.
Buyers beware!

Ships fast, good clothes, no problem at all.
I’ve ordered quite a lot of trousers from Riley Grove now, around seven times or so, and I’ve never once had any issues whatsoever.
When I first ordered, I was initially a little worried about it, due to all the reviews that I saw here just after (although I had PayPal protection so there was no need to worry really). But the items shipped fast, were good value for money, and as I say, I’ve had no problems at all. In fact, the reason I’ve ordered quite a few times since now is because I’ve been happy with the service provided, and I’ll most likely continue doing so too.
