Junk

Ordered a "cashmere bathroom rug", it took for ever too arrive and customer service did not answer my status requests. When it arrive, this rug is pure junk. I could have bought it at the dollar store and save a lot of money.

IF I could rate it -10 I would! This Company is a RIP-OFF with Fake phony ads on their products. 2 of the “CLOUD LIKE RUGS” for baths purchased=$80 US.
Received a rug not thicker than a light Towel..no NAP at all…I have pics with hand showing how UNPLUsH these things are, but of course see No option to include the pictures!
They won’t send a return Label, they’re in Canada thus paying for the customs charges make return PAID by customer ridiculous and doubt they would ever try getting them out of customs.
SCAM..DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR JUNK,

I purchased 3 pairs of 2X large (42-44…

I purchased 3 pairs of 2X large (42-44 inches) cotton pants. I received 3 pairs of pants with 42cm waists and 42cm legs, in effect tiny waist with huge legs. The material was not cotton/ linen breathable blend as promoted, rather it was simililar to wet weather clothing, non- breathable, synthetic and waterproof.
Each pair cost $68. I am not sure why they even bother to send anything as their product is worthles and non- usable. Riley Grove is a scam! Stay away.

I ordered from this company/illegal online enterprise. Don't do it. They have excuses for days. Just wanted a pair of sunglasses and got nothing but excuses. Avoid this place and report them on FB if you see them. They are so sorry for any inconvenience and do nothing to correct the situation.

Buyer beware. Do not order from them , they will not refund money, store credit only, list and last time buying from them. That only want one time customers, I’d be afraid to buy any else from them

No good.

I ordered pants from them. Around $80 spent on a pair of nice looking dress pants. They arrived and they are the worst quality pants you've ever seen! They are incredibly thin. Should've known they would be bad when they don't even list the fabric composition on the website. Worse, they offer 14-day refunds on the website, but I have hear not heard back from them despite reaching out twice. They get an additional star because at least I received something.
