Goods never arrived, for some reason its a customer problem...

I ordered an item on June 8 with a promised 2-week shipping time. (now August 11). The item never arrived, and the tracking number provided shows that it is still in the sender's country. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I have received the same "appreciate your patience" message with no solution or explanation for the delay.

After waiting more than 2 months, I was finally told that they need 30-60 days to get a response from their shipment partner. For some reason, they believe this is my problem and not theirs. I am still waiting for a resolution, and I have no idea when or if I will ever receive my item.

This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I am out the money I paid for the item, and I have no way to get a refund or a replacement. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Rise Store to think twice. You are taking a big risk if you do business with this company.

Here are some additional details about my experience:

I ordered a items for $170
I contacted customer service 5 times.
I am still waiting for a resolution. Will fill a claim with my payment gateway.

Terrible customer service. They are more concerned about their finances.

As a first-time customer, I ordered some products to try on for size during a sale. It wasn't apparent when I purchased that I couldn't get a refund if the products didn't fit. Their size "S" shirts were way too big, and they don't carry a size XS. When contacting customer service, it took several days before they responded (between every message), and even though they didn't have a size that would fit me, they still refused to give me a refund. They only quoted their "terms of service" and "returns policy" and dismissed my concerns. I haven't made an online purchase I can remember in recent years that didn't allow for returns, and most offer free returns. Not only did I have to pay to send the products back to RISE, but their returns policy says they'll also charge me the original shipping cost. This negates any "sale" price and even costs me more than the original price I paid. Unless you know exactly the perfect size that would fit you and that they carry your perfect size, I would avoid making any purchases here. Especially during a "sale" - otherwise, you'll get stuck dealing with terrible customer service and paying more money to try and get things straightened out. I'd say to avoid the stress and shop elsewhere.

Rise is great

Rise is great! I've been buying their products for years now and all my clothing is still in great shape. Their customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. Any returns I've had to make have been smooth and they always ask if you'd like to add anything else to your order to take advantage of the free return shipping. Overall Rise has been my go to for gym apparel and will continue to be.

Great customer service

Great customer service, despite a screw up that my local post office was responsible for, RISE support was perfect, they told its not a problem. They informed me that when the receive the package back, they will contact me to confirm the address and ship again, which is exactly what happened.

Amazing company

Had an incredibly frustrating delivery process when the package arrived in my country but the customer service support from RISE was excellent. Top quality products and top service! Really wish they were big enough to expand into the UK and Europe properly

Impressive, impressive, impressive!!

I love the high-quality product I received and the super-fast response to my delivery issue. Also, when my program did not fit my need, the team provided a tailor-made new program free of charge! I am so impressed with Rise and Jeff's entire program!

Amazing costumer support!!!

I had an issue with one of my orders, but reached out the the costumer support people on the Rise website and I got an answer the same day only a few hours after! I have never had such a fast and respectful while also being helpful response before. Thank you so much to the Rise company and fixing my order problems the same day! Supper excised to finally get a lever belt for my boyfriend and I! I will write my experience with the belt once I get the belts (order a grey (size medium lever belt) and an army green (size large lever belt)).

11/10 Customer Support

Phenomenal work to the customer service team over at Rise. I had a broken lever on my belt that I purchased 6 months ago. I had the pleasure of dealing with Edwin and after a few short emails back and forth, they informed me they would replace my belt lever free of charge. They really stand behind their products and replace them on the odd chance of failure. There happened to be a pinhole in the metal, these things happen. And they rectified the situation very quickly.

The products they make are amazing. I’ve only used their lifting belts but will certainly be buying more of their products in the future. They have the products and the amazing support to back it up. Buy a Rise a product and know you’re being taken care of.

Koodos to everyone at Rise, you folks are doing it right!

Great equipment.

I have a Rise lever belt, multiple straps, and knee sleeves. The quality of the Rise equipment is amazing. I highly recommend them for gym related accessories.

Worst customer service ever!

Beware of this company cause once you pay them, even if they will f*** up the order and you would like a refund, they will fight for it. I got my refund from PayPal but it was after I asked to speak with a manager. They are scammers.
It took them 2 months to ship a pair of pants and when I asked for my money back they refused. Thank God for Paypal.
This is the second time I'm leaving this review cause they deleted the first one :)
That was my first review (that they probably paid to be taken down):
On February 10th I purchased One of their gym pants, I even got an email that it was shipped the same day.
Since it is not an express delivery, by the time the package arrived, Putin already bombed the country (I'm from Kyiv, Ukraine) so the post office obviously did not work. I had to run away from the country.
During that time, since no one received the pants it was returned to the seller. They did not even bother to check with me as it to why it was returned.
Today I received another email saying they shipped it again!! I was shocked!! Who In the world sends a package to Ukraine during a WAR?!?
I immediately texted them to change the address to the country l'm currently staying till could go back home and they replied that "it is not possible".
When I asked for a refund they gave me the same answer. I already escalated this case with PayPal for the refund.
Rise has ZERO consideration to their clients.
UPDATE: their excuse is that they shipped it buy they are not specifying when
I ordered it on Feb 10th but they shipped it on April

Good day, we do not delete reviews, we just can't with trust pilot unless they do it for false review. It would be great if you could share the full picture of the situation when posting review as the situation with your order is nothing we can control.

We sent a package to Ukraine to the address provided right before the war beginning.
We care immensely about our customer and people. It is terrible what is happening in Ukraine.

I understand your how sad and frustrated in must be facing this horrific situation. However, Rise has nothing shouldn't be mixed or kicked at when we simply shipped your order 1 day after you ordered on February 9.
We would appreciate you do not attack our reputation when we did nothing wrong.

Here's the timeline of what Rise did:
1- We only shipped one package on February the 10th, we didn't re-ship a package to you. We shipped the next day you ordered, which is way before the conflict happening in Ukraine.

2- You reached out to us to change the address on April, the package was already on its way, and we recommended contacting the postal service to see if they can redirect it for you.

We would appreciate your remove the review that is portraying Rise in badly in a false manner when we simply did everything we promise we would do. PayPal closed the claim for these reasons.
