Very friendly and efficient service, finance sorted without any problem. Had an issue with the rear door but this was rectified. Would happily use in the future.

Rishton Auto Care have an amazing selection of vehicles to suit every need. The team there really went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier for me. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and I couldn't have asked for more! I'm more than happy to give them a well-deserved five-star review.
It is hard to find a trustworthy company these days... So I'll be returning for services and MOT's on my vehicle in the future..

The service and the quality of car is good!

Great service from Rash and the team
Great service from Rash and the team on the 11th September. I was after a particular model that they had, to replace mine that had recently been written off, and was travelling up to Blackburn after a meeting in Manchester to see the car. I'm based in Burton Upon Trent 2.5 hours away.
Got a good look around the car, took it for a test drive, Rash answered all of my questions and took me through all of the accompanying paperwork.
I got there about 4:40pm and Rishton Auto Car close at 6pm, Rash wasn't expecting me to want to take the car there and then but I didn't want a return trip all the way to Blackburn and back. I had an Enterprise courtesy car provided through my insurance, I wanted to return it to the local Enterprise dealer (2 miles away) and drive the new car home. Rash insisted on changing the oil, air filter etc and double check the car over before I took it (he'd normally do this before collection) and Rash and 2 of his team stayed on until 6:30pm to make sure this was done.
He even offered to collect me from the Enterprise dealer (I had arranged a lift with Enterprise) and phoned while I was on the way back to Rishton to make sure I wasn't stranded. A nice touch and over and above, not just to offer the lift in the first place but then to double check I wasn't stranded, great service.

I bought a car from here and the customer service was much better than I had received other places, the test drive was also the longest test drive I have ever had which was nice. I had some issues with the finance however everything was sorted out swiftly for me. I would definitely buy from here again.

Vauxhall Insignia Grand Sport
Buying process was quick and easy. Enquired about the car on the Friday, received detailed photos and was offered a video call of the car. I left £50 deposit to secure the car, went on the Monday to look at the car and bought it on the spot. Car was exactly as described. Friendly garage, lots of cars to pick from, they’ll certainly have a car for you.
