Don't buy anything from this shop! Total scam.

Wish I had read reviews! Ordered twice before and delivery was always long but items eventually arrived and were good. This time it’s been over a month & still not shipped. 6 emails sent- not 1 reply!

Terrible.My order has not been shipped for a month now and they never reply.They just stole my money. Don't buy!Is there a way to get my money back,does anyone know?

My item has been 41 days in transport and I haven't had any response from customer service. Not a single email reply. It's ridiculous. I'm aware there are delays right now however at least reply to your customers . Please don't buy from this shop, you'll be left disappointed.

I ordered with them once; delivery took a while and the earring’s colours were different to the picture, but they were actually ok and I liked them. So not a massive issues.

The second time I ordered with them I spent almost £50 and the delivery never arrived. It’s now been three months, ritop are ignoring my emails and deleting my comments on Instagram.

This is an absolutely garbage company. Judging by the comments below, it’s more than a scam: it’s evil people stealing money with no shame. Do not buy from them.

The Worst! Order never arrived, stay clear they take money but dont deliver products which come from China. SCAM!

I wish I would have read the reviews earlier. My delivery never arrived and I spent over 50 € on it. Customer service is ignoring my mails and deleting my comments

Har bestilt ørenringe for 2 måneder siden. de er ikke ankommet og deres tracker virker ikke :-(. Rent fup.

Havde jeg bare læst på trustpilot inden jeg bestilte...... Jeg bestilte nogle ørering men her over 6 uger efter har jeg ikke set skyggen af dem. Når jeg kontakter virksomheden så siger de at de er på vej og henviser til track og trace som ikke virker.

Jeg håber at få pengene igen.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. The company refused my right to withdraw my purchase within 14 days and I had to create a case through paypal to get my money back. Really dodgy, don't buy anything from them!

Mijn pakketje niet gekregen en mijn centen kwijt. Wanneer je een e-mail stuurt is het iedere keer de zelfde mail die je terugkrijgt en wanneer je ze probeert te bereiken via fb of Instagram dan is uw commentaar direct verwijderd. Bestel dus niks, dit deugd niet.

Product never arrived (Germany) no money back.

TERRIBLE quality!! Ordered a pair of earrings that i can not even use because the pin is too thick. Also the worst Customer service ever!! Do not order. Real scam

Horrendous quality!! Requested a couple of hoops that I can not utilize on the grounds that the pin is excessively thick. Likewise the most exceedingly terrible Customer administration ever!! Try not to arrange. Genuine trick

Scam in my opinion. Return post is on customer's pocket. So I had to pay the return. Quality poor. Expensive but is rubbish material. Came from China but deliver and returns are in Spain.... Don't buy.
