1) price. 2) service. 3) quality of product. Could not be happier. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size bowl, and anew was shipped within days. Just return the wrong bowl for credit.

Dangerously thickness
The bong design looked fine and it was working well until cleaning up, the stem got broken and I got cut my finger with it.

Amazing customer service
I bought a Ceroma kit and upon recipt the coil sent with it was blowing my fuses. I reached out and they shipped out a new coil the same day! The experience made me feel much more valued than any other online head shop has.
