From start to finish this lovely company was so good and professional with such a lot of qualities they excelled in to give customer satisfaction
1st there telephone skills always giving me the answers I was looking for in a friendly enthusiastic way
Then after placing my order for the Hedgehog House and Hay was kept up with each step of the journey into making it by Email
Then finally arriving packed in wonderful packaging to avoid damaging it’s now unpacked and. In it’s final position

Hedgehog house
Hedgehog house was very slow to arrive after prompting by email after nearly a month. Chris sorted the order out and it arrived on Saturday, installed in the garden with straw and dried cat food on Sunday and was inhabited immediately on Sunday night. The house is solidly made and beautifully finished. I would recommend Riverside Woodcraft.

Bird table great but delivery disappointing
Bird table is great but company used to deliver it DHL was very disappointing. The first parcel not delivered on the day that they said it would be and for the second there was no notification at all.
