Getting our new Volvo XC40 was straightforward and the staff were friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. We shopped around and their prices were extremely competitive compared to other companies. The car was dropped off promptly and in excellent condition by a really friendly guy. He walked us through all the cars functions and answered all the questions we had. Would recommend!

I chose Rivervale because they were the best price lease deal I was looking for. I also added the servicing, maintenance and tyres package to my lease price as this was a great price too …so one affordable price to cover me for three years! The team were excellent . So professional and courteous. There were a few hiccups regarding lost emails due to an email typo at their end but this was rectified with outstanding communication which did not hold up the process. Jordan was kind and helpful through the entire process and made the admin part so simple to follow! Could not fault that. I believe Rivervale are a team of efficient and professional individuals who put their customers first. If you have any extra questions or concerns, they are on hand to answer or resolve them so that you know exactly what’s going on during the process of getting the lease. The whole process of a leasing the vehicle went smoothly. Communication was really good from Jake, kept me informed with progress and explained the lease in detail. Vehicle was delivered when promised and as agreed. The lease price was the best I found in the market for the vehicle I wanted.

I had an excellent experience with the company. They offered, by far, the best prices. The customer service was exceptional- Jordan answered my calls even on a Sunday and reserved the car for me after he’d left the office so I didn’t miss out.
