From my initial call with Jordan, communication with RIvervale team, choice of the car spec that was available, and setup of contract was straightforward and easy.

Things fell down quite considerably on car delivery day when the vehicle didn't show up as arranged, but this was due to an admin error with the delivery partner company. The Rivervale team dealt with this acceptably and promptly and the car arrived two days later.

A few issues with the dealer but both did their best help resolve the issue despite it not being their fault.

Whole process of leasing a car was very smooth and efficient. Good communication at each stage, so I knew exactly what was required.

First time leasing a vehicle, Jake gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and delivery was made on the day quoted. Great price with good service and people available to talk to.

1. repeat business with the same sales manager
2.despite the same previous finance issue/obstacle, we overcame the obstacle again (with an improved quote) which should not be an obstacle based on my credit ability...well done to Matt
3.despite a production delay, I retained my previous vehicle and was kept updated on delivery
4. collection &delivery was co-ordinated for me
