My experience leasing a car with Rivervale has been very positive. The process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish, with clear communication throughout. Jim, the Sales Manager, was great — helpful, professional, and kept me updated at each stage, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Jake was totally brilliant all the way…
Jake was totally brilliant all the way through the process. Super professional and accommodating. The delivery team were also great.
The only downside was that Ford clearly did not bother to prep the car. It was far from clean when it arrived. This was not a reflection on the driver he was great. Ford had just clearly not bothered to meet the basics.

Multiple Competitive Quotes
Kyle had provided me with many quotes over the month, constantly coming in with competitive quotes whilst I tried to get approval for the vehicle.
When I finally had a quote approved, Kyle quickly arranged everything and I had the vehicle delivered within 2 weeks of the initial application.
I will go back to them when the lease is up to hopefully secure a vehicle via them again.

I have leased a number of cars with Rivervale, and always found them to have exceptional knowledge, customer service & aftercare, as well as the best deals. Easy from start to finish
We ordered 2 Ford Rangers using Rivervale, the process was easy from start to finish. Literally only took a few weeks from initial contact to delivery. Easy to deal with, would recommend and use again, thank you.
