I've just taken delivery of a new electric car through Rivervale on a four-year business lease. The process was seamless. Joe Hansell at Rivervale sourced and secured the specific model I was looking for at a very competitive price and ensured delivery with a far shorter timeframe than other suppliers could offer. I was very happy with the service and would recommend Joe and Rivervale without hesitation.

This was my first experience for leasing a car.
From my first enquiry to the actual delivery I was kept fully updated.
These updates both come in the form of emails and telephone calls. Both the tephone calls and the emails were quickly received and responded to when I needed to ask questions etc.

We decided to add an additional vehicle to our fleet and noticed that Rivervale had a stock vehicle at the right price. Our online enquiry on 14th April resulted in a call back within minutes from Kyle. He confirmed which colours were available from stock, ran through the process which was straightforward. Paperwork was processed very quickly (Within a couple of days). My query about the process for adding a private plate was answered immediately.
Delivery was arranged for 27th April and went very smoothly. Kyle called afterwards to check we were happy with everything.

From the minute I was intouch with Rivervale the staff have been great answering all my questions and helping me with what I needed to complete my purchase with the ford explorer Marc had been very helpful and had always called me back and when he was off another member of staff answered all my enquiries

Jordan was great to work with and made the whole experience really pleasant. He worked hard to find a car that suited my criteria and gave me really good advice. He kept me updated throughout. The rest of the team were well organised and everything went very smoothly and was on time.
