Its never happened to me before BUT I felt strangely emotional on the drive into the dealership to trade in our older Jaguars for our much newer Jaguar XK but Henry helped to make the process as painless as possible. From the outset Henry was there to assist us in our purchase, no pressure selling, just a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, open and honest approach thus putting us at ease. The car we purchased is probably one of the best in the country and the trade in deal offered by Henry was also probably one of the best.
Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership were friendly and helpful.
The quality of the vehicles on the forecourt all looked really good.
The offices and surroundings were fresh, clean and tidy creating a professional yet welcoming environment.
Yes, we left with a lighter wallet BUT with a dream car and a feeling that our custom was not only welcomed but valued as well.
Overall, a great experience and one that I can thoroughly recommend!

Aftersales is a joke, all they want is to sell you extras and finance. I went back with a radio issue and basically got told its the same with all Range Rovers. I would not recommend them at all

Buying a car can be stressful, Darren Hill was a pleasure to work with and made the process work to facilitate my personal restrictions of transportation in enabling me to collect the car. Having viewed an MOT history online they corrected an advisory that had been recorded for the past few years, ensuring the vehicle delivered was in top condition.

I'm extremely happy with my experience from start to finish. The car itself is fantastic-exactly as described, in great condition, and drives perfectly. You can really tell that care and attention has gone into making sure everything was right before handing it over.
What made the experience even better was the level of customer service I received. From the moment I made my first enquiry, I was treated with honesty, patience, and genuine friendliness.
Nothing felt rushed or pressured, and all my questions were answered clearly and professionally.

I recently bought a Toyota GT86 (£18,750.00) and unfortunately the experience did not match the assurances I was given during the sale. While the car itself is enjoyable, the accuracy of the information provided, and the standard of preparation were disappointing.
When viewing the car, the salesperson told me the vehicle had three years of Toyota service history followed by extensive self servicing by the previous owner. I was also told the car “Should have” a second key, only to find out after paying the deposit that it didn’t. A second key was eventually supplied at collection, which I appreciate, but this should have been made clear upfront.
Before purchase, I raised two specific issues: the non working TPMS (which had previously caused an MOT failure) and the lack of evidence for the major 5-year spark plug service. I was assured both would be completed before collection. Instead, I received a single sheet stating only an oil service had been done, with no proof of the major service. The TPMS light returned on my drive home, and I have since learned that a proper fix is around £1200. I emailed the dealership about this and have received no reply.
I was also told the car had no accident damage. After running my own CarVertical report, I found evidence of £3,000-£5,000 worth of previous damage, including work involving the front suspension. When I raised this, I was told it, “couldn’t have been serious,” but the dealership also had no knowledge or proof either way, which suggests they had not carried out proper background checks on the car before selling it.
After taking the car to Toyota for an inspection, they also identified that the drive belt is worn and needs attention, another issue that should have been picked up during preparation.
There were several smaller but frustrating issues as well:
• The windscreen wipers were worn.
• The interior had a strong wet dog smell that had been masked with an air freshener.
• The right hand fender indicator does not work and the bulb holder is rusted. This is an MOT failure item, yet I collected the car with a fresh 12 month MOT.
• The bumper alignment on that same side was corrected, but the faulty indicator was left unresolved.
• I was told the service manual was in the car, but instead found a Toyota MR2 manual and no GT86 documentation.
Individually these issues might seem minor, but together they reflect poor preparation and a lack of transparency. Although I appreciate the effort in providing the second key, the overall experience did not match the commitments made at the point of sale.
