Initial experience on entry to RWCars…
Initial experience on entry to RWCars we felt a little uncomfortable as though we shouldn’t be there, reception wasn’t very welcoming especially given you are spending a lot of money, HOWEVER, once we were allocated to George the experience was straight forward and easy, allowing the basics to be sorted via text and a couple of phone calls later we were set to collect the car, easy, quick and straight forward process and everything clearly explained, he turned the experience around to a positive one

I had such a great experience buying my car from Pete. He was super friendly, approachable and really understanding throughout the whole process. A really good experience
A really good experience. The car was very well prepared and great value in terms of year, mileage, spec. etc. One or two requests made following test drive and there were properly dealt with before collecting the car.
We initially paid a deposit then the balance on collection both by bank transfer. No problems all went well. RW cars taxed the car for me and dealt with the V5. A good company to deal with. Read the conditions etc and they do exactly as it says on the tin.
Alex our salesman did a great job.

Stewart was really friendly & professional. We came in looking to upsize to a family car, lots of really nice options and all well priced. We then took it for a test drive and secured it with a small fee. We came to collect the next day and are really pleased with the whole experience. Thanks!!

Easiest deal ever had
I was looking for a new car and was sceptical about the low price as well as independent garage. After doing my research I visited the showroom and from start to finish, it was the easiest most laid back car buying experience I’ve ever had. Mark was brilliant, made the process smooth and Stuart helped out too whilst Mark was on leave, to ensure the paperwork was all complete prior to collection. I rarely write a review and definitely avoid leaving any bad reviews but this is something for both the potential buyers looking to buy from this dealership/garage and the owners of the business. To start with, I had reserved a car, based on the pictures posted on their website, which in itself wasn't a very pleasing experience to start with as I called up at least 3 times to get a general idea of the vehicle but was given very 'dry' response for every question/query I had. Anycase, reserved the car online and expected a callback to finalize the collection but nothing from their end. Ended up calling the dealer and asked whether I can come on Saturday and whether the car will be ready to pick up. Requested for it be charged as well as I was driving 75 miles upto the garage. Was told yes that I can come there so reached the center and waited for 10 mins for someone to come and ask but no signs of anyone coming to greet and talk. Finally after feeling completely foolish looking around I approached one of the staff who went and brought the car out. Was shocked to see the state of the car as it was covered in rain dust, bird poos and dust in the handles. Ofcourse it wasn't charged either (but that's a minor issue). There was a scratch on the driver side wheel panel which clearly was painted / touched over with an intention to hide. Big enough that you can make it out standing a couple of feet away from the car on a sunny day. Was told that it's a 4 year old car and wouldn't be scratch free - yes I agree but then you could have been open and transparent about it in the pictures or when I asked about it on the phone. Was offered a small gesture discount which clearly didn't make sense as I had lost all confidence by then and I am pretty sure it would have costed me a lot more to get it sorted along with the hassle and pain of leaving it with the repairers if I bought it. Eventually, had to return back with a lot of wasted time/effort and money and a lesson learned about them.
For the business and their owners/management: Please and please understand that your customers are the one running your business, not you. Have some courtesy and transparency around dealing with them. Please don't give reasons for not doing your part. Fine, it rained last night and you don't have any facility to wash the car before bringing it out to your customers but how is that anyone else's problem apart from your's who's trying to sell it. Yes, it's a sellers market right now and you're busy but that's not an argument or an excuse to make your customers experience bad and ruin their day. You could have told that the car wouldn't be ready or valeted or in a state of collection and I could have planned for another day but clearly that idea is still not in your books. Yes, you maybe churning out a lot of cars and this one review wouldn't make dent in your sales and you can brush it under the carpet as a one-off but trust me you've lost a customer today and a few more who would care to read this and go through same initial experience.

Brilliant dealer. Excellent customer service, Mark was incredible...even staying after hours to complete the sale as I took so long to decide wether I was having the car.
After getting the car home I noticed the actuator wasn't working as it should. I was booking in for it to be replaced within a few days.
Replacing the actuator and rear console vent was like an F1 pit stop...what was supposed to take 40 minutes took 3 members of staff 10/15 minutes max... I've never seen anything like it. Thank you all for the amazing service.
