When I was placing an order online from Sydney, the delivery date said 5th November. But I needed the two pieces for my son by 10th October, so I contacted the store online. I am amazed by the fantastic service I was given by Shoaib. He was so helpful, prompt and polite. He assured me my order would reach well before the 10th and he was true to his word. We have already received our two kurta sets and pictures do not do justice. What amazing quality, reasonable prices and my son will look like a prince for his cousins wedding. Thank you Riyasaat and thank you Shoiab. I will recommend your online shop to everyone from now. I will keep on shopping for my son for years to come.

Very poor quality saree. Cheap nylon stuff for a 9k saree. The zardosi was all loose already.

The sides were stitched poorly.

Don’t trust them and order anything from they especially from USA . They are fake people they don’t commit to delivery timing nor respond to text messages.

I was nervous about how the quality will be there and also I have in my mind like is it fake or genuine, But when i received the product all things make me prove wrong.

Very bad experience in terms of fittings & delivery commitments post billing done. While selection, so much attention they all give, however during the delivery they show all their expert knowledge to hide their mistakes.

Not happy with the service.
* Paid online - 12th June for 2 sarees
* Shipped - only on 19th June, though over the wassap call was promised next day shipment
* when I asked about the delay, I was told some quality issue. And because of that promised 2 day express delivery
*however, 26th June getting email from FEDEX that further delayed to 2nd July.

I'm very dissapointed, I don't even have enough time to stitch blouse for my function.
I will not recommend anyone to order online from this shop.

Good ecxperience.

I ordered four outfits from Riyaasat. One arrived defective — cut noticeably smaller than the others of the same size. I flagged it the very day it was delivered: 21 April 2026.
It is now late May. More than five weeks later, nothing has been done.
This was not a complicated problem. One wrong-sized item out of four — easily remedied. Instead I got five straight weeks of reassurance with zero action: "we'll share the return label shortly," "resolved immediately," "please be patient," "the return will be initiated tomorrow first thing." Promise after promise, none of them kept. They even confirmed a scheduled call to resolve it — "Yes, it will be" — and then simply didn't show up.
I did everything asked of me, every time: photos, video, invoices, order numbers, all supplied promptly. They had every piece of information they needed from the start. And still, more than a month on, the issue sits exactly where it began.
If this is how Riyaasat treats a customer over a simple, documented defect, take it as a warning — especially if you're ordering from overseas, where you have no easy recourse. Five weeks of being managed instead of helped. I would not order from them again.

The most horrible experience ever. Outfits ordered way before hand not delivered or shipped on time. And the team never will contact you in a timely manner. Absolute worst experience ever

Great experience ordering a custom Jodhpuri suit from Riyaasaat. The customization was on point, with excellent attention to detail. Delivery was timely, packaging was secure and their real time customer service was very responsive all the time and extremely helpful.
