Customer service was spot on. Files downloaded where what I needed and the money was worth the time I would have spent to create a clean image for VCarve Pro.

This vector graphic was crap and basically unusable. Thankfully it was only $7.00 bucks but was a complete waste of money!

The Artwork wasn't clean vector which I was disappointed with, I ended up redrawing the design which is the reason why I chose to purchase the design to save time.... This was maybe a one off instance... Voir plus

Not receiving all logos to download
I am giving this business 3 stars. The logos are affordable, high quality, and great... HOWEVER, this is the second time I've ordered logos where I don't receive all of them to download at once. If you purchase multiple logos in one order, be prepared to only receive one or two, and have to reach out for the rest. It holds me up every time I get excited about working on a project. The business does respond fairly quickly, emailing the rest of the logos and fixing the issue... but this happened to me Jan 2025 and now July 2026. I am a repeat customer, but frustrated with the downloading issue. I'll probably be back, but I've learned to only purchase one logo at a time.

Stitch outs are great
Stitch outs are great. The only problem I ever have is getting the smallest size that’s advertised in the description. However, I usually receive it in a day or two.

Hi Rhonda,
Thank you for taking the time out to leave a review, I'm glad you're happy with your purchase.
About the problem you faced: designs that are too complex/large to fit into the 2.5x4" hoop actually have that size omitted, and this is mentioned clearly on the product page itself. Since that was the size you were interested in, I digitized and emailed you a version separately with my compliments as a one-time courtesy.
Thanks,
Nick. :)

Logo was in pretty good shape
The logo was in pretty good shape. I docked 2 stars because I spent 2 hours cleaning up erroneous vector issues.
Update: Thanks for the follow up. I'll bump another star for your effort. I will do business with you again.
