Customer service was spot on. Files downloaded where what I needed and the money was worth the time I would have spent to create a clean image for VCarve Pro.

This vector graphic was crap and basically unusable. Thankfully it was only $7.00 bucks but was a complete waste of money!

Low quality vector
The quality left much to be desired. The vector conversion was average at best.

Be aware when you purchase an embroidery file from them, there may be a delay in receiving it. It took 12 hours for me to receive the file. I haven't stitched it out yet but it appears to be a great quality pattern.
Update: it stitched out beautifully

Hi,
I'm really sorry for the frustrating experience. Due to technical issues, there was a delay in the file delivery, which I understand can be very frustrating. This is why I wanted to make sure you had a heads-up, hence my email saying there would be a delay.
If you check your "@yahoo.com" inbox, you will find the files you purchased as promised.
I apologize again for the delay, but hope that you will update your review to more accurately reflect your experience now that you have the files. :)
Nick.

Hi Bonnie,
I understand that you were able to resolve this issue (as discussed over email, there was nothing wrong with the files I delivered).
I also requested you to please edit your review on TrustPilot, but I understand it's easier to write a review than to come back and edit it.
I am quoting below your email from July 5th, 2025, which you sent to me as your updated review:
"I am very happy with the design. I had a little trouble downloading but as it turned out it was my fault. I would recommend the company and would certainly use it again for their designs."
I would greatly appreciate it if you could also edit your review here on TrustPilot, as it is what gives the review legitimacy.
Thanks,
Nick.
Perfect Embroidery...Thanks so much
