Bought dog tag. Never arrived have tried on numerous occasions to get help from them and find out what happened. No luck. They don’t reply to emails. So be wary when dealing with.

Great product and amazing quality
Great product and amazing quality, have got it several years ago for my kids and the faceplate still has no scratch at all and the text engrave looks as new. Now got one for myself, this thing will not wear out.

Great costumer service - great product!
Half a year ago i bougt a dog-tag from roadid - very happy about it, but some of the engraving wore off.. However, after i wrote an e-mail to Lori at road-id she immediately sent me a new one - free of charge - so in conclussion: great costumer service - great product!

Lori is great; everything you need she is there for you. The website is well designed. Easy process.
I wish the personalised badges come back. I would also love more strap colours to choose from.
Overall great, quick shipping to UK and reliable service. I have bought four now, at three different times, and very pleased with the service. Thank you.
Great for kids, parents and anyone actually who wants to be identified in case of emergency by the health care team: name, DOB, contact numbers, health conditions, blood group... We brought them for this purpose.

Rigtig god hjemmeside og hurtig levering
Har købt 2 stk Road ID af modellen: The Wrist ID Elite.
Super nemt hjemmeside at bestille fra, og kvaliteten på armbåndene samt den laserindgraveret plade ser rigtig fin ud - Et produkt der falder i min gode smag.
Vedr. levering, så bestilte jeg dem d. 27/4-12 kl. 18.30, og ankom med posten d. 5/5-12, hurtigt efter min mening - så har ikke en finder at sætte på Roadid.com

Har købt road-id armbånd til mig selv og 2 andre. bestilling og levering fungerede perfekt.
En overbevisende service: lang tid efter købet (over 1 år) hvor jeg fik en mail om at de havde registreret problemer med lukkemekanismen på armbåndet og tilbød at man gratis kunne få lukke-clipsen byttet, hvis man havde problemer med den. Det er da ud over det sædvanlige må man sige.
