Roastman Pat Avis 

Ordered our xmas dinner from roastman pat to make things easier this year. Delivered on date stated which was fine. Quality of food not good. Veg were awful carrots and tenderstem.broccoli (no parsnips included as shown in pics) we also didnt recieve some veg for the kids dinner ...thankfully didnt matter as veg was gritty as though not washed...looks like carrots are just thrown in no chopping everything left whole, broccoli inedible was pretty rank. Meat ok...we ordered turkey and beef plus extra beef one lot of beef was ok the other stuff had a funny coating of spices on which we thought was odd...either way not great. Ordered cauli cheese as a side...portion was tiny and it was crap anyway hardly any cauliflower in it. This was our xmas dinner and we used the 20% off coupon thankfully but won't be ordering again. The owner did text me when he saw i had put a comment on FB about the dinner which I appreciate but nothing since even though they said they would reach out. Made it sound like he was in over his head with orders but tjats yourself to blame dont be greedy and not supply what people have ordered. We were also missing yorkies for one of the dinners. Save your money a microwave meal from a supermarket would be better than this and certainly wouldn't order a xmas dinner again as def not worth the money!!

Absolutely excellent! I was skeptical about ordering from Roastman Pat and took a chance, but everything was delicious and so easy to reheat. I will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

Oh my word this was delicious. The portions are too big if anything. Very tasty and very easy instructions to follow. 100% recommend

I decided to try Roastman Pat before Xmas and took advantage of the offee of an extea one woth £10 off (2 in one post bundle). I can therefore attest that they freeze well too. I enjoyed the lamb and my favourite veg. I had every confidence in the Xmas roast. Although it arrived a day later than scheduled (foreseeable as it's such a busy time) it proved tasty and enjoyable. I always say you can tell a good roast by the Yorkies and they were perfect 😋

Absolutely delicious turkey dinner. First time I've had such a good Christmas meal on my own, it's so hard to do as a solo. Plenty of food so had boxing day dinner covered as well. Really glad I found Roastman Pat and will definitely be ordering more meals.

Had to wait as problem with delivery company . Was well worth wait . Meal was delicious ,generous portions and gravy was memorable . Was compensated for the wait with an extra meal which was appreciated. Will be recommending to all my friends

This is a warning to stay away from this company. The owner has a god complex and thinks he’s above the law. No delivery and he ignored my requests for a refund. I took the matter to court and he ignored the court so now has a CCJ against him with bailiffs being instructed if he doesn’t pay by next week. I’m not the only one with an active CCJ against him. Don’t risk your money with this man. I can’t rate the food as never received it.

I ordered a meal to be delivered on 23rd December for my elderly uncle for Christmas lunch. The day before due delivery I thought it strange I’d had no delivery update. Same on the day of delivery so I emailed to say no updates and no delivery received.
On 24th December I got a long text apologising saying I would get a refund and a replacement. I advised I just wanted a refund. On 2nd Jan I text again as refund still not received. They said it must be bank holidays they would be away and would look into it after the 7th. I text again yesterday only to be ignored so I have raised a dispute with my bank to get my refund. Needless to say I will not buy again. Shocking customer service and attitude.

After an issue with our Christmas delivery due to the time of the year (expected to be honest I guess) our dinner actually arrived 2 days after christmas. The company was very very apologetic and sent out a replacement meal the following week which ended up.being even larger than our first order. The portions are very large and the food is delicious for hiw quickly it is made in an oven. I would definitely order again

I had my first roast dinner last night it was lamb and beautiful I will definately be ordering again as on my own and cheaper than buying all the stuff myself and cooking

Highly recommend Roastmanpat…lovely roast delivered on Christmas Eve which was delicious and huge!!
The veg was beautifully cooked with perfect seasoning. Highly recommended.

I’m a 78 year old pensioner. I ordered a roast dinner on 23 November for my Christmas Dinner, to be delivered 23 December. On that date I had had no confirmation from the carrier nor could I track it on Shop as suggested by the company.

I emailed Roastman Pat, he was rude and had a couldn’t care less attitude. I responded that he could not make it my problem, to which he cancelled and promised a refund. I’m still waiting ……..

Please think very carefully before buying from this man. It would seem, reading other reviews, there are some problems with refunds.

I am now raising a dispute with my card company.

I decided to take the plunge and order our Christmas dinner from Roastman Pat . The food arrived well packaged with clear instructions provided . On the big day it was simple to prepare and the food was absolutely delicious . An absolute hit hit with both of us . I will absolutely be ordering again again .

Not gonna lie but Roastman Pat needs to find a new courier company. I’m not going to take off any stars though as delivery isn’t down to him & I’ve left appropriate feedback on the courier’s page.
Now my meal was the roast lamb dinner I I was not disappointed. The lamb was so tender, the roast potatoes were perfect & the veggies flavoursome. Huge portion & will easily do me for 3 maybe 4 meals. I will definitely use them again.

I’ve ordered from Roastman Pat twice now and I will definitely be ordering again!
Both times, the chicken and then the beef, were excellent. The portions were great, too much for me to finish the plate! And to have a homemade meal in the fridge, when you don’t have time to cook is such a treat! 10/10 would recommend trying!

The Beef was great sadly a day late but these things happen, the Chicken I felt wasn't as good but would still recommend will try the lamb soon

Absolutely cracking food delivered to your door and so easy to heat up. I have had this a couple of times now and it’s so convenient when you’re hanging from the night before. The meat is so good and the flavours of all the rest of the food is really good much better than a lot of restaurants/carvery’s and all in doors. I have recommended this place so much and will continue to do so. Thanks for a lovely dinner again keep up the good work!

Delivered a day late (not their fault it was the weather) so slight concern on freshness so ate same day. Disappointed in the quality of the beef (tough &not sliced), parsnip (skin hard) Carrots, gravy & broccoli good. Not worth £16 by any stretch of the imagination at all and deffo only sufficient for one person. I don’t recommend and will not be re-ordering.
