Lovely cat for company and a nice cuddle. He has already been admired and wanted to know where he comes from. Delivered the day after ordered and packed well.

Far from what was advertised — just a stiff toy robot
This puppy is nothing like the lifelike companion shown and promised in the listing. It’s very far from feeling like a real puppy — it’s simply a stiff, lifeless robot toy. It doesn’t move naturally, sounds are very basic, and there’s none of that warm, responsive feel described. It does not match the description at all. Very disappointed with this purchase — would not recommend.

Nice idea and great toy for children
Nice idea and great toy for children. The older person was not keen as needs someone to charge the toy up. Very expensive for what it is, but I guess it is better than nothing. Good enough for our purposes I guess.

Our Robopets are perfect for both adults and children, and I'm sorry that the older person wasn't keen on it due to it being USB chargeable. With some of our other pets they are battery operated, but it does depend on a person's preference and choice. Deborah x

You should have received one from us and also one from Royal Mail - to the email address put on the Order when Ordering. It is important to put the correct email when ordering. My husband has recently been diagnosed with dementia and has spent the last few months in hospital and has really missed his beloved cat and getting a RoboPets has made all the difference to him, as the 'cat' looks almost identical to our cat and so he pets and talks to his 'cat'. It beings him great comfort

Exceeded my expectations
Princess Matecat was ordered on Monday and delivered the next day by Royal Mail, wow. It was packaged well with care and in excellent condition and I'm thrilled with her. I was worried I'd have to "set her up" but didn't as just the switch to put her on, off or mute and pleased it had a usb lead for charging as batteries would be expensive. I'm nearly 81 with health problems and have had cats all my life and now living on my own it's not possible to have one as too much of a worry and miss having a cat so hope this will help which I'm sure it will.

Super fast service, excellent product, my dad has dementia and had his cat but he tried to wash it thinking it was real. I had to replace it urgently, yiur company had the replacement delivered within 2 days of my order, thankyou

The product is great value
The product is great value, and excellent quality.
It was bought for a relative with dementia who was delighted with it. He finds it calming and comforting. It was the best present I could have bought him!

I am delighted with my superb Companion Cat the craftsmanship involved is of high quality and detail it is weighted just right as a real cat of that size, plus the delivery was amazingly fast 2 days very impressive, I do recommend this company many thanks.
