I have not received my parcel. This has been lost by the postage company. So I cannot give an opinion other than I am out of pocket having paid and not received anything

We're very sorry to hear that you did not receive your parcel and completely understand your frustration.
Having reviewed the tracking, it appears that Royal Mail encountered an issue with the delivery, and the parcel has remained within their network without being successfully delivered.
As we appreciate the inconvenience this has caused, we have processed a full refund for your order so that you are not left out of pocket. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will also be raising this matter with Royal Mail to investigate what happened and help prevent similar issues in the future.

Great price great goodies and well smiles all round, great product. This particular offer had something in it for everyone here. I Would definitely treat us all again. My daughter has acne and found the moisturiser good. It was light and didn't break her out.

Must be expensive items as stated but I don't know any of them and wouldn't use 2 out of 4 items. Box was also damaged on arrival

First time I have ordered from Roccabox. I ordered one for my hair as well, both were offers, which I thought were good deals. The boxes were delivered quite quickly. Nicely presented.
I have not used the hair products yet.
I love the probiotic skincare, my skin needed a pick me up and this definitely worked!

Supposedly £200 worth of cosmetics for £20? I don't even think there's £20 worth in the box. There's a lot of paper and 4 items. Luckily I had time before my daughters birthday to get something of an acceptable standard.
