The products I received can easily have allergic reactions; brands are not known and the mix I received is totally unsuitable for my skin - disappointing and not worth the money.

Disappointing Experience with the Roccabox x Sky Box
Delivery was fine and the products were mostly full size.
My disappointment was with the advertised value of the box. The claimed value of £200+ was a big reason why I purchased it, but after researching the products, I personally couldn't see how that value was reached. Based on what these items appear to sell for in the market, the contents felt much closer to £50 than £200+.
Overall, the box felt more like a collection of discounted or clearance items than a carefully curated beauty box featuring premium products.
I've decided to keep it rather than pay to return it, but unfortunately I wouldn't purchase a mystery box from this retailer again.

I googled prices of items individually came to approx £60 nowhere near £200. I got deal off sky vip for £20.00 so can't moan but falsly advertised to say the 6 goods should have been £200. Was going to give as Xmas prezzie but not now.

Having reviewed the Royal Mail tracking, the parcel appears to have encountered an issue within the network and has not progressed to delivery despite being dispatched and scanned through multiple Royal Mail facilities.
As we appreciate the significant delay and inconvenience caused, we have now processed a full refund for your order. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We would like to reassure you that we do not include expired products in our boxes. All products supplied are checked to ensure they are within their usable shelf life and suitable for distribution. Many beauty products carry a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol rather than a printed expiry date, which is standard practice within the cosmetics industry.

Some of the boxes have been fantastic
Some of the boxes have been fantastic, however, the majority are not in my opinion.
Contain products used by other subscription companies, odd items, for example, shampoo but no conditioner, suffice to say 90% of the products received I give to local charity shops.
I will be glad when roccabox allow me to cancel my subscription.

Sky VIP deal purchase
It was sold to me as a box with beauty items valued at £200 for £20. I eagerly awaited it’s arrival wondering what new things I would be trying that I wouldn’t normally purchase. When it arrived I searched each product online and the entire box was valued at under £100, 2 products do exactly the same thing and I don’t believe any are a better quality than I already buy. Not worth the £20 in my opinion.
