Tried leaving magnesium off and regretted it. So back on it for life now

I was anxious my repeat products would not arrive on time to keep the medication seamless. Only one has it arrived a day late, hence 4stars and not 5!

Good customer service.
I find the Magnesium Capsules work well for me, although they are quite large to swallow..

Orders are delivered on time and when next due.
The product is pleasant to take with all equipment needed. I'm early in the process of using this product but am already feeling the benefit

Really great product, I have definitely noticed a difference since using the Rock and Roses Glow Powder! It's also very easy to manage my subscription and get in touch with customer service. I have been using this product for over a year now.

I truly enjoy the Joint powder.There are 5 months now and I take it everyday. No shoulder or knee pain.Helped me a lot as I play golf everyday.Easy to prepare and good taste (peach and pinapple)

Beware their subscription policy. You cannot cancel after the first delivery. You have to have at least two before you can cancel. You can only pause, and there is no phone number where you can ring them. I have sent them a few emails saying that I want to cancel my subscription because the probiotic actually aggravated my symptoms, and I still haven't heard from them. Very disappointed! From now on, everything that I look at, I'll have to check their subscription policy. Very annoying!

Rock and roses reply is a lie I have written to them several times since the 18th of September they have written to me asking me to take away or delete my review before they will cancel my subscription I think that is an unbelievably disgusting practice. Apparently, they will only respond to someone if they actually write a review, not if they send emails to their support email system. I have taken screenshots of their cancellation policy and the fact that I cannot cancel, but only pause my subscription. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that I can upload them here, but I have them.

Rock and Roses supplements are good quality and competitively priced. I reordered their magnesium tablets for my mother who had a severe problem with jumpy legs - sleepless nights and injuries to her legs from scratching/trying to alleviate the condition. The magnesium supplement has changed her life - symptoms are now all gone. She now has a subscription - recommended.

I have been using Rocks and Roses collagen glow powder for 5 months now.
I have not seethe results that others have and decided to cancel my subscription.
This is the main reason for the one star review. The website allows me to pause or skip a delivery, but as soon as I click to cancel there is suddenly a problem with the portal and it says try again later.
Ok, I emailed the company to ask for assistance with cancelling and have twice now received a reply stating that I can only cancel through the customer portal, which isn't working.
4 days later and there has been no help with the issue. Very disappointed and confused as to what I'm supposed to do!
A huge part of a company for me os the customer service and Rocks and Roses have failed me.

I received a product that had been tampered with; the safety seal was opened and the some of the tablet capsules were cut in half with no powder in. Rock and Roses have ignored all of my emails and message on Facebook.

CAB have advised what to do and my bank is now taking action.

I used the delayed release female probiotics for a few months it was okay. However I felt as though it wasn’t necessary for me so I cancelled my subscription at least 3 days before I was due another pack and they sent me the new pack and CHARGED ME. When I reached out to get a refund they had me pay to ship it back to them even though it was their fault they didn’t process my cancellation in time. I just think it’s so cheeky and terrible customer service, honestly don’t understand how a company could be so unwilling to admit their mistake and do the bare minimum help.

I've had a subscription with Rock and Roses for about two years now and I think that just goes to show how much I rate both their service and their product. I've never had an issue with orders, packaging, delivery or payment and there are frequent discounts and rewards for subscribers. I've noticed genuine benefits from using their collagen glow powder and recommended to several friends. It's a staple part of my morning iced coffee routine.

Rock and roses supplements are very good I have noticed a major decline in the amount of UTI’s I get, however I would like to know exactly how much the CFU count is as that’s one thing the product doesn’t state.

Beware. Their marketing and invoices are misleading. My goods - when eventually received - were not as described. The promotional offer and invoice indicated a larger quantity than supplied. The company refuses either to supply the missing quantity or to provide retailer-funded return postage. When I indicated I would seek a chargeback on my credit card, they threatened to take me to the small claims court. Shocking.

The product I purchased had no effect and didn't live up to the bold claims it made, not to mention was very expensive. I left a review explaining my experiences but it never made it to the website, yet there's so-say hundreds of fantastic reviews of that exact product. I'm always dubious when real views from real customers don't make the cut, but lots of ads featuring 'influencers' do... I have emailed them directly so I wonder what they'll reply!

The product in question has helped improve the pain in my right knee making it more flexible

I used to get UTI’s regularly but since taking Rock and Roses women’s probiotic I haven’t had them and it has now been over a year of taking them. Their deliveries are always on time and I like the fact you can delay them as well. One time the delivery was late but the customer service was attentive in resolving the issue. I would recommend!
