Rock Solid Rings Avis

Great rings and amazing quality. The price was fantastic and let me tell you the customer service was outstanding! You don’t see this kind of services anymore out there and I need to praised them for that.

I purchased matching rings as commitment rings. The design was the best for both of us. Unfortunately, my central band started to deteriorate very badly. Within a week I had a new ring on my finger. I was so impressed I purchased a third ring.

Great ring and quality is fantastic for the price. Well packaged and quick delivery. Would recommend.

Fantastic customer service and the ring was nothing short of amazing

Speed in dispatching the ring intime for the wedding .

I was very sceptical of some of the reviews, as a lot of internet reviews are fake, but I took the chance and ordered a pair of rings. My girlfriend's ring was slightly too big so I contacted customer support and was told they would send out a new ring along with a pre-paid envelope to return the old ring.
It has ben a long time since I have experienced customer service of this level, well done to the team.

First class service from Rock Solid Rings, just amazing customer service from start to finish, they couldn’t do enough for me- such a refreshing change to find a company who is totally focused and committed to customer satisfaction all whilst producing absolutely stunning top quality rings.
You won’t be disappointed with the products they produce, in fact, the ring I bought was even nicer than the high quality images show.

Easily 5 stars all day

Beautiful ring well priced

Excellent delivery time as usual, good description of item on website.

The ring I ordered wasn’t in stock in the size I had ordered, although it took a little longer than expected to arrive, when it did arrive it was exactly as I imagined. I will add that Paul kept me updated on the delay throughout.

Upon trying the ring on, I found it was a little snug and emailed to ask if there was a possibility of exchanging for the next size up. Paul responded within an hour or so of me emailing and said to keep hold of the ring I had for now and they would send me out the next size up, along with a pre paid envelope to mail back the smaller ring.

I cannot fault to customer service and the quality of the product is exactly as described. I would 100% recommend buying from this company.

Ordered my wedding ring from here. Lovely ring with engraving. The ring was to big. Replacement sent out with a pre paid envelope to return the other ring. Great product and service. Thanks

The rings are stunning. So happy with the one I’m keeping. Customer Setvice is great. They exchanged sizes quickly and communication was great. Little slower on refunds.

Customer service is second to none. Returns and reorder was simple. This was my second order and I would not hesitate to order again. Well done to you all. Would highly recommend.
