Easy website to navigate all details of timber and accessories were easy to understand and work out what you need, good price and delivery, thumbs up from me, would definitely use them again

Very friendly and professional when placing the order, together with a prompt delivery service.

Unfortunately, the timber I required cutting was a 50cm depth and 6 out of the 10 timber joists ordered were cut between 44 - 46 which caused a problem to where they were being used.

The timber was returned and I was informed that they do not do precision cutting and therefore would not exchange them.

A lesson learnt, but disappointed!

Got everything I wanted, on the day I wanted it . All good quality wood .

Visiting Rogers yard I was very impressed with the set up, the helpful and friendly staff and the range and quality of the products. I later placed an order on line for delivery but due to my mistake had to make a change which was handled with courtesy and no problem. The delivery was as agreed with again a very helpful and friendly driver. Quality company 👍

Very quick service for ordering to delivering only thing to not being a 5 start was supposed to be informed 1 hour before delivery as can was being loaded I got that message next day.

First time visitors on Saturday to look for some timber needed for a home project. Drove into yard which was well signposted with relevant H&S signage. Parked up and was met with a polite hello you need any help?from a gentleman with glasses , sorry didnt get name. We asked where we would find 2x2 treated timber and were taken and shown exactly where it was, I fact we were offered a length to try in car as we weren't sure it would fit. As we suspected it didn't so we returned the timber and made our way to the ofiice to arrange delivery. We were again met with smiling happy people going about there jobs. We placed the order for deliver and were told it would be delivered Monday morning. As promised timber arrived Monday morning and was placed onto driveway as agreed. As someone who works in the DIY management sector on a daily basis we were very impressed with the service we recieved from Rogers Timber and will be returning once we need more timber.
UPDATE. Unfortunately the timber that we recieved has proved to be unsuitable due to not being straight enough for the manufacturing of our catio. The lengths appeared straight enough when delivered but after trying to assemble they were not.

Ordering timber isn't something I've done before but the information on Rogers' website was very clear and made it simple. Communication was good, the delivery was prompt and the gentlemen who delivered, kindly carried everything to where I wanted it. The items ordered are of the best quality so, all in all, it was a very good experience.

This is the first time I’ve ordered from Roger’s Timber, but I doubt it will be last.
I ordered a large quantity of wood for a fencing project. Firstly and most importantly, the quality of the treated wood is great, and cheaper than yards I’ve previously used.

The order process was easy and was even able to add a preferred delivery day.

My order arrived super quick (on the day I requested) and a shout out to Will, the delivery driver, who help stack the order round the back of my property, saving me an afternoon of heavy lifting.

Easy website to order, delivery sorted and scheduled within a couple of days and arrived at a sensible time after the text notification to say it was leaving the depot. Delivery driver couldn’t have done more to help drop the items off, will use again. 100% recommend to anyone, great pricing also.
