Can’t tell you if the product is a miracle worker as I’ve only had it for a few days!!! However, the ordering through to delivery process has been great!

The parcel arrived on time, well packed in the beautiful black box. The hair serum has a nice tiny smell. I’m applying it every night just an hour before bed. The ingredients are quite good. I hope it works.

Bought the gold standard 5% solution but never came in a dropper bottle, came in a injection bottle. This caused difficulty in finding supplies to extract this and put it into a dropper bottle myself. Also it does not seem to be double of my last solution of 2.5% but I cannot measure it to tell. Happy enough with product. Will be asking for a glass dropper bottle next time.

Rok chem kindly upgraded my bottle size, so I greatly appreciate that. There packaging is professional and neat. Only slight issue is that the postage fee wasn’t paid on their end so I had to pay 3 quid and pick it up from my local delivery service. However, due to their kind upgrade I have no complaints!

Very disappointed!!! I've ordered one bottle of Methylen blue once and received it. Second time Not, it's been 4 months since, and no one is bothered about it. I've sent emails and no response what so ever . The fact that there is no number for a customer to call and make an inquiry says it all. The name of the company is or was Rok Pharma and now it's Rok Chem ,same products. Very disappointed!!!

Would’ve given 5 stars if rok replied to my emails. I have my product but need guidance on how often and how many drops of MB Gold Boost I should take, still no response. Surely they should offer some guidance. Yes they send a chart of how many drops in ml but how many drops should I take what’s too much, what’s not enough etc. I still wait for a reply but not looking good atm😔
