Issue resolved, case is great

EDIT: After speaking to someone from the American customer support team (who were very apologetic), I was able to not only get a refund but they sent out a case free of charge, and the case is great, excellent quality. I would still maintain that their website should have information regarding not shipping to parcel lockers for future customer purchases, as well as reviewing their customer support team who I first dealt with.

I ordered a case via their Australian website in anticipation of my new phone arriving next week, and after two days of nothing being shipped or any notifications on the status of my order and no response to emails, it took me threatening to charge back my purchase for them to reply and to be informed 'they don't ship to parcel lockers', which doesn't actually bother me except for the fact it says nothing about this anywhere on their site OR on their finalising purchase page. They told me they would refund me, but have yet to respond to my emails yet again. I will be contacting my bank and getting my money back because this lack of communication and customer service is appalling.

If I knew this company used FedEx to ship their products I would have never purchased. Fedex is the worst shipping company in the world. They lie, their tracking isn't trusted, never received. Filed complaint, it's says it's still in transit on filing a complaint, but the tracking shows it showed have been delivered before 8pm 4/6/2026. Sorry never received. If I EVER RECEIVE, PROBABLY WILL RETURN FOR FULL REFUND JUST BECAUSE THEY USE FEDEX!!!

Travels well on side of truck

I set my phone up on the door while working on a buddies car, we needed to go into town to get parts. I didn't realize my phone was not in my pocket cuz I was listening to music while driving. When I got out of my truck after driving 10 miles at 70mph, it was still on the side of my truck. I can't rave enough about this case.

Amazing customer service

I want to give a huge shoutout to Rokform and especially to Jessica for providing an outstanding customer service experience. As an international customer, I was truly impressed when Jessica arranged to send me a brand-new handlebar mount without requiring me to return the old one.

Jessica was absolutely amazing — her customer service skills and genuine compassion toward the customer are second to none. She responded quickly and resolved the issue with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. It’s rare to find support that’s both prompt and personal, and Jessica absolutely nailed it.

after purchasing a magnetic iPhone 15 pro max case 18 months ago I had a small problem with the very thin rubber details on the back of the case. they started peeling off, the case is fantastic for its strength of magnet and protection offered to the phone. however the rubber details starting peeling off and spoiled the appearance of the case for a premium priced product I was disappointed. I emailed the company asking if I could purchase replacement rubber details to restore the case to its original condition. to my surprise a very fast response from a customer service representative by the name of (shady) answered explaining that Rokform have a 2 year warranty on all there products and I should reply with a proof of purchase, full name and postal address and a photograph of the issue.
I replied with this information EXCLUDING my personal details explaining sending this information via email is not secure. Shady replied with an option to call via a direct supplied telephone number. However trying to telephone from the uk i was unable to connect to USA. So again I emailed asking if I could send a letter including the information required, This was so a replacement case could be sent out to me. Again another fast response to my email, a letter is no problem, however if I was happy to supply the Amazon order number they will look into it as this would be the quickest option, so I did.
The next email I received from shady informed me Rokform had made a full refund to my account, with an email confirmation from amazon uk confirming that.
This company and shady have bent over backwards to resolve my small issue going above and beyond what I would say was an impeccable experience to satisfy a customer.
I WILL USE ROKFORM AS A FIRST CHOICE FOR ANY FUTURE PURCHASES AND RECOMMEND 100% TO ANYONE ELSE.

Best cases, best Customer Service!

Have had a case for over 3 years, for my Iphone 13, and it broke (the magnet fell off), mind you, after 3 years if very intense use and environment.
The just sent me a new one immediately… This is customer service.

Changed to a different Iphone and bought a new one - no question, best cover ever.

Rokform has the best customer service!

Rokform as a company makes amazing products, strives to provide the best products, and has the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with!

Their customer service is extremely prompt, very understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy!

I've had issues with a couple products, one being a brand new product, and they have always offered to replace my product with a new one or at the very least gave me a discount code to replace it for much cheaper!

I was the first person to review a new product, which I had decent and reoccurring issues with, and they replaced the product multiple times, and with expedited shipping. They replaced it probably 4 times and kept offering to replace it, even if they had to lose money and replace it 100 times!

I'll never use another company when it comes to my phone case and mounting needs!!

Paid extra money for one of the more…

Paid extra money for one of the more expensive cases on the market after seeing all the you tubers raving about them.. Well it's all lies. My phone fell out of my pocket and hit the floor once from less than 3ft off the ground, the screen hasnt smashed but my Samsung s24 ultra now has a solid green screen that flashes constantly and is unusable. Waste of money for these cases.. I've paid less than £10 for ebay cases In the past and done much worse things with my phone and never broken a screen before.. Paid £45 for a rokform case and now my phone is trash

Top cases

Best product really trustable! I had a lot of cases but this stands out it’s a bit heavy but I like it as it is if the cases are to slim and to light I am struggling! And for add on wallets like the ridge wallet MagSafe after removing the tape which is not need at this case it holds all very strong and secure ! Personally I can recommend this case 100% ! And it’s safe as I am moving around in red zones so this really protects my iPhone 14 Pro Max very well ! Thanks Rokform by the way I purchased also most of the accessories which are also mind blowing! Overall I am very happy with the products thanks Rokform

Why is it so hard to buy the right size?

I am trying to buy a replacement case . The old one for a previous Iphone was tremendous. However, the new phone is a fairly unusual Iphone, (only 18 months old) and, I have already ordered one Rokform case that doesn't fit my phone. The emails from the support service when I ask which case will fit my phone, are more than unhelpful. They are not exactly rude, but they basically say. "See the website".
I've already done that, and the Rokform case I ordered doesn't fit. They take over 24 hours to reply by email, and I'm now on my 4 th email. Terrible service
