Rollerdoors.net Avis

Great product, expertly made to measure. Easy to install for a competent DIYer and great customer support.

From my first request of information regarding the correct type of door for my new garage, to attending a site survey, through to my tiger roll door being installed and job completion at my home, this company know their game! Professional sales staff to deal with, kept me updated regularly with regards to my unit build time and arranging a convenient install date. Their fitters contacted me the day prior to install to confirm job description. They arrived on time as planned, kept the install area clean and worked with a clear methodical manner to install the door in just a little over 2 hours.

Great experience and a great product! I will be recommending Lewis and the team to anyone I know who is looking for a roller door!

Thanks again!

The service is first rate. From on site survey through to installation. Also after sales service. Everyone involved was highly professional, polite and efficient. And the product itself looks fantastic. A great overall service that I can highly recommend.

Perfect, no issues. I got my initials quote earlier in the year, but due to building works taking longer than expected I did not place my order until a few months later, but they honored my initial quote.
Delivery was quick and simple and installation was easy, I deviated from their videos, because my install was slightly different and I was essentially installing it on my own. But they were helpful prior to starting.
Quality seems good so far so no complaints.

The delivery of my doors was extremely prompt and I was impressed with the build quality. I installed them myself as a DIY enthusiast with few problems. The online guides and tutorial video was very useful too

Great quality electric roller door, helpful and very experienced staff assisted me at every stage from design through to delivery. They promtly and fully resolved any issues I had so the experience was faultless. I highly recommend and look forward to using them again for my next shutter door project.

It is not often that a company exceed expectations and the product surpasses ones expectations but these guys have managed both. Easy to assemble and has been running faultlessly for years. I moved house recently and took the door with me because my new house had been fitted with a heavy cumbersome version which kept jamming. The insulation was not half as good either. What s great product these doors are.

Very Happy with my roller garage door, looks great, good quality, easy to install using the online video. Had a lot of comments on how nice it looks.

In all my dealings with this company, I found them to be courteous and helpful.
When I had questions before purchasing, they responded quickly, and from then on, they continued to perform beyond expectations. The door arrived more quickly than expected, and when I had a couple of technical questions during the installation, they were addressed quickly and expertly over the phone, which meant I wasn't delayed at all waiting for a response.
The product itself appears well-made and was exactly to my specifications. It functions perfectly.
Highly Recommended

Brilliant system, really easy to fit. Looks amazing and works a dream.

Great doors. Will be using again.
Really good customer care, calling just to check everything is ok

Great team at Roller Doors no nonsense first meeting and straightforward and stuck to initial online price. I wasn’t here for the fitting but my wife said the guys were very courteous and cleaned up and took my old damaged door away. Would highly recommend 👍

After reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I thought I would give this a go, super pleased with the finished product, delivery was faster than I needed, install guides really make installing one of these garage doors pleasant, in fact the hardest part was ripping the old door out, still got the cuts to prove it.
If you’re in the market for a new garage door, then you are in the right place. Look no further.

Rollerdoors.net made ordering easy on line with no hassle & fast delivery. The roller garage door was well packed when arrived. The online fitting instructions are easy to follow as fitted myself. The door was well made & now fitted looks fantastic.l would recommend this company for anyone to use👌

Superb from start to finish.
Best garage door company around.
Can't fault them.

Efficient,clean install. Would use again.

Our tiger roller door arrived on time and as always was easy to install and set up,looks amazing in anthracite.

This was a replacement due to house fire, I had only had it a few months and found it to be very sturdy (it took the firemen a few minutes to get in even with an axe) . I was more than happy to get the exact same one fitted again . Very pleased .

Absolutely top class and brilliant experience with Rollerdoors.net! The online videos were really helpful and most importantly gave me the confidence that I’d have no problem fitting myself. Measurement instructions were tremendous and when I called just to validate the right measurement to choose and query about changing our existing face fitted door for a reveal fit they genuinely could not have been more helpful.

The product itself is really good quality, so impressed, definitely better quality than our old door which was about 20 years old and playing up a bit. Everything fitted together perfectly, the finish on the door and frame was perfect and everything just feels really good quality.

Installation was a breeze as long as you’re competent with a decent drill. Mark and drill holes in the frame, screw in,
mount the motor unit and away you go, just watch the videos through a couple of times before you start and it will all be very familiar.

I literally could not be happier - and as we live just round the corner they even delivered it for free. Five stars, 10/10, 100% just perfect!
