Roller Garage Solutions Ltd Avis

We contacted RGS, for a new electric garage roller door to replace an old manual up and over door that had been damaged.
From the initial meeting to survey and provide quote through to installation the service provided has been fantastic.
We are so pleased with the new door, it looks fantastic and the operation of it is so smooth and quiet in comparison to other electric garage doors.
We have no hesitation in recommending Roller Garage Solutions to anyone looking for a replacement garage door.

Great job done, had a problem that no one else would come out to. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Done everything that was promised, great service and team.

We are delighted with our new roller door from Roller Garage Solutions. From our initial contact with Derren, who was recommended to us, we found him very friendly and professional and he kept us informed on the order progress throughout. The fitting was very straight forward and completed in a few hours and the door is very good quality and runs smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

I highly recommend RGS ,when I contacted Derren (even though it was on a Sunday) regarding broken revolving garage doors he replied stright away ,was so professional , friendly and helpful , a great job completed within no time, a Hugh peace of mind for my elderly fathers safety , and he kindly shopped around to get the best discount on parts 😁

The Garage door was delivered on time and efficiently installed. What else could I ask for. Thank you Derren.

Highly recommended. Our door is so secure and we go in and out of our garage all the time, it's so easy to use and very sturdy. Highly recommended the company are very efficient and always kept us up to date with the ordering. From ordering to fitted in 2 weeks... great

Excellent service. Derren and his team carried out the installation promptly and efficiently. Despite a few problems occurring, Derren overcame them to our complete satisfaction. Would recommend him.

Derren was very easy to deal with, prompt in his responses, clear in terms of what was needed and personable and friendly throughout. The final result looks great and works perfectly so cannot fault him.

Great communication from the off- very happy with the price and end result. Will use again.

Derren has been very helpful and professional during the time it took to make the right decision for our unusual garage door area, the result is fantastic and a massive improvement to the up and over we had before. I would highly recommend this company for quality sales and after sales service.

I did a lot of research before choosing RGS ltd. I am happy to say that from start to finish I received a very professional experience. I would recommend Derren and Leonard from RGS.

Exellent. Price. Delivery. Fitting all on time.
Will recoment at all times.

Derren helped me exit my garage in an emergency situation when my garage shutters failed. He was amazing. He went over and beyond. He then fixed my existing shutters. He clearly knows his stuff. Great guy, great price and a pleasure to work with. RGS is the only shutters business I would use.

Derren arrived on time the following day to provide a quotation.
On placing the order, the installation date was expected to be 4 weeks but the doors were actually delivered and installed in 3 weeks.
The installation is 1st class, the doors operate well and the colour match to the existing house windows is perfect.
I would recommend this company.

Excellent service, very quick and very tidy. We certainly would recommend this company to anyone.

Derren and team installed electric garage door. From placing order to installation took about a week, very quick and efficient service. Most important of all very friendly and polite. Too early to comment on reliability/durability of the product, only time will tell. I would highly recommend based on my experience with the product so far.

Very fast from order to installation compared to the four other companies where we got quotes from. Very helpful (even helped me to put up some large beams for shelving) and thorough. I would definitely use them again if I needed another roller door solution.

Totally recommend. Derren was very thorough and did a great job repairing our broken rolling garage door. Extremely responsive. Very knowledgeable and extremely reliable pair of hands. Super friendly guy.
