This company is professional and reliable. They completed the boiler job quickly with minimum mess. They explained everything clearly. We had a few separate bathroom issues which they came and sorted quickly to make sure everything was in working order. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Thankyou

New water and heating system
Incredibly happy with our new heating and water system which was installed by Chris and his very professional and friendly team. The job all went to plan, done very neatly and the comunication throughout was first class. Cant recommend highly enough.

The quoting process was just as impressive—quick, punctual, and very professional. The quote itself was clear, detailed, and easy to understand, with no hidden surprises.
Chris and James were outstanding throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship were exceptional.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Communication throughout was great, and the team were very polite, professional, and left everything clean and tidy after installing the boiler. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

A delightfully professional company!
One of very few companies that was even prepared to give a quote for what could have been a tricky boiler installation.
The quotation from Roman Boilers was £4K less than British Gas!
Christopher is a STAR! He carried out the work with meticulous, professionalism and demonstrated that he is prepared to go out of his way to ensure client satisfaction.
I would not hesitate, for a moment, to recommend these people to anyone with any heating or plumbing needs.

Attentive, thorough, great service
Chris was really great, right from the initial scoping of the job he had lots of creative ideas for solutions. He was able to move our boiler to a new location when another engineer had said it wasn't possible! We were really impressed by his care and attention along the way. Would 100% recommend.
