On arrival I was greeted with smiles from the receptionists which was nice. The waiting area was comfortable and calm. When I met the Dermatologist she was very welcoming and took all my information on board.

Booking my appointments was really easy & professional. Reception asked the pertinent questions to make sure I was getting the correct appointment needed.
I also had a blood test which was completely pain free & no after bruising. So lucky to have the Romsey Medical Practice in my area as they cover a lot of health & cosmetic issues I want.

Welcoming and efficient, Nurse Holly has a wonderful rapport with her clients.

The dermatologist was patient enough to assessed my pigmentation condition, gave me an audience to explain. I was happy she prescribed some products to start with till I will see her again in 8 weeks. Although one of the proscribed product was out of stock in the pharmacies which I visited. I had to purchased it from online. In general I’m happy.

I saw Dr Heather dermatology . She made me feel at ease and alleviated my worries . She gave a thorough consultation and an informed diagnosis . I was listened too, not rushed and nothing was too much trouble.

I’ve been going to Dr Chris and Nurse Emily at the Romsey Medical Practice for a year now and can honestly say what a fantastic team they are. Their service is impeccable. From the moment you walk into the pristine reception you are made to feel welcome. Their knowledge and experience is clearly visible in the work they do.

Would give 6 stars if I could!! What a lovely clinic and a wonderful team of professional, knowledgable and friendly staff, both clinical and non clinical staff members. Dr Chris was incredibly thorough, informative and kind and put me at ease throughout my treatment, explaining all aspects and answering any questions I had, creating a very safe space. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend based on my experience.

Have been going to RMP for a couple of years, and have seen great results over this time. Dr Chris and Nurse Emily run a great team. All highly knowledgeable and really take the time to get to know you. I see Nurse Holly most regularly and she is great. Just found out she is also an oncology nurse. Sums up her caring nature.

I’ve been to the practice a few times now and been seen by Dr Chris. Firstly, all of the staff I’ve interacted with have always been welcoming and very friendly. Dr Chris explains everything thoroughly, I never feel rushed and he honestly goes above and beyond. When the first treatment didn’t work as well as we hoped he came up with different treatment options, where other professionals in his field would have likely given up and refused. You can tell that he, and all the staff at the practice, genuinely care about what they do.
