I've been to see Becky earlier today . See was very understanding and talked very clear what she was going to do in both ears, she got the wax out in both ears within 5 minutes, no pain or discomfort, what so ever.

I managed to book an appointment on very short notice, whereas everywhere else had week-long waiting lists. The staff were very warm and friendly: the actual ear wax removal procedure was very quick and completely painless. I highly recommend Pride Hearing. Thank you for making me hear again :)

A great profesional experience, from start to finish, from reception team, i was treated by Becky Bailey, who talked me through the procedure, and OH what a difference she made, wax removal from my ears, i can now actually hear everything, i will be going back next year, but will be using their Mapperley branch when that opens shortly.
