Pride Hearing Avis 

Excellent service, got seen even tho they was fully booked. After close examination, my ears were both blocked due to being a DJ for many years, and now working in Town DJing working in between loud speakers. Wax had built up over time. I started struggling having conversations with people. So I contacted Pride Hearing to see if they could take a look, and i am.so glad i did.
Katie was very professional from the start and explained every step of the process as she carried out the trea
tment. Which made me feel more relaxed.
Just in time for my Holiday.

I visited Pride Hearing due to sudden hearing loss in one ear. I saw Suzanne who was incredibly kind, thorough and reassuring throughout my appointment. Although she wasn’t able to sort the issue (as it required a referral to ENT at the hospital), Suzanne put together a detailed report which I was able to share with my GP and was so helpful. I would really recommend Pride Hearing for their fantastic customer service and genuine care.

I could tell hearing from my left ear was not as good as my right ear,went to Pride Hearing,and saw Kerry,she explained the procedure in a clear,confident and extremely friendly manner,she showed me the wax on my ear drums,and the results after the suction( painless)it was amazing,and hearing was fabulous,thank you Kerry I will definitely see you again.

Suspected my hearing had been damaged after spending 26 odd years working in a noisy workplace. Add in rock concerts and motorcycling then job done. Went along to pride hearing who tested my hearing and found i needed hearing aids. They programmed a set for test reasons and fitted same day. Job done i could hear perfect again. Hearing aids arrived a few days later and were fitted and tested. More than happy. Service is 10 out of 10. I am one happy customer and recommend Pride Hearing to anyone. Robbie came to my home and carried out all tests and fitting efficiently and in a friendly manner. He recommended a hearing aid for me that fits my requirements and doesn't break the bank.

Becky was great, quick and efficient and got the blockage out my ear straight away.

Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk too and understood my situation. My eating aids are proving to be way above my expectations. Definitely would recommend pride hearing.

Always have this done when going abroad but saw an advert for Pride Hearing at Pride Park. Did my research and was not disappointed, answering all my questions. First class.
