Rom Valley Glass & Glazing Avis 

Recently had a new front door and lantern fitted in my home by Rom Valley. I was very pleased with the professional work that had been done by the two men Jack & Michael. They started work at 8:30 am and worked hard through out the day. The work completed was outstanding and would highly recommend the company

From the initial start to the fitting of the windows what a wonderful company to work with. So helpful and reassuring what a smooth operation all round. I have just recently had Rom Valley Glass & Glazing in to do my Bi-folding doors and a glass staircase. From beginning to end I could not fault the professionalism of this company. The customer service was beyond expectations and the contractors they employ to do the build work were amazing and did those guys do a full days work. A particular thank you to Chris the installation manager and his dad who were so helpful and Jack who talked me though the products but honestly all the guys that this company employ believe in customer service and professionalism and did the job as per the specification to budget and timescale. Would definitely use this company again for any of my glass works future works

I didn’t know about this company, they were recommended to me by our builder. We went to their showroom in Hutton not really knowing what to expect. The showroom is sensational - so much so that I was worried how much the quote was going to be ! I shouldn’t have worried as the quote was very competitively priced. The products have now been installed and were are absolutely delighted with them. The service was second to none. They were on board with our timescale and we were kept informed at every stage of the process. Go and check them out if you are considering their services.

I can thoroughly recommend Rom Valley Glass. They have been exceptional from the point of sale to installation and beyond. James kept me informed all the way through the process right upto installation. Jack and Michael who installed the windows were brilliant. The installation was seamless and they respected my home and left it neat and tidy. I'm very impressed with the quality of the windows and the care they take to ensure you are satisfied. I had a slight problem with some beading on a window. I rang and spoke to Molly and it was all sorted within a week and again I was kept informed at all times.
To be treated with this first class service today is a rarity and is to be applauded. Will be in touch next year to order a new front door.

Used Rom Valley to replace all windows and fit new bifold doors at the back of the house. Good communication from them throughout the process and the two fitters were a pleasure to have here; polite, courteous and trustworthy. We are extremely pleased with the finished job - has transformed the house and we would definitely recommend.

This will be the second review I give this company because they utterly deserve it. After installing our doors we had a slight issue (which by the way we have since learnt its the result of our builder).
The team have honestly gone above and beyond. A special mention to a few of them as I really think you deserve to be recognised for your outstanding work, customer service and professional advice. Jack, Wayne, Chris and Jack thank you so much for truly restoring my faith humans who are prepared to help others even when it wasn't your issue.
