Rom Valley recently supplied and installed some new bifolding doors for my living area. They have completed revamped the space making it feel so much more open and spacious! Not to mention the professionalism throughout the process from the team providing the quotes to the installation, I could not recommend them enough!

I had my entire house renovated and replaced all the windows, plus front door, internal crittal style doors, rear crittal style French doors and huge lantern in the kitchen. The whole process was super smooth from initial visit by Jack, to a showroom visit and loads of discussions about my choices and then finally to instalment and follow up. The team were excellent and particularly Jack who was like my right hand man when on my build. I was fully supported and this was particularly needed as I renovated on my own. Can’t fault Rom Valley - would recommend them over and over again.

Great service throughout the project from design to installation and after sales service

Rom Valley were employed to change the old windows in a very large Hall and changing rooms at Poplar Blackwall and District Rowing Club following competitive quotes. They proved to be reliable professional and the result of their work makes the club house look so much better and warmer. We received a consistently good service from salesman to the installers. There was attention to detail and very good planning. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves every day for the 5 days the job took. There were no short cuts and they were contactable and obliging. Nothing too much. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having just moved into our new house we were faced with the prospect of replacing our existing roof lantern which leaked from 3 out of 4 corners.

We were keen to reduce the size of the lantern which would involve an amount of building work.
I did my research and found their reviews to be 5* (without exception), so we got in touch.

James came out to look at our project, we discussed what we wanted to do but that we didn’t have a builder in mind.

Rom Valley sourced us a first-class builder, coordinated scaffolders, provided a Titan lantern (a highly-regarded brand within the market) and finally carried out a seamless and quick installation which they even brought forward due to storm Babet.
James was in constant contact, always on hand to progress the project.

Just had these guy's replace our windows and i can't recommend them enough. James was great, not pushy and helped us decide what we wanted, made a change to the handles half way through and he couldn't have been more helpful. A full survey was done with a thorough inspection of our property and what was needed to install the new windows. Lastly the fitters came and they were the nicest guy's and nothing was too much trouble, fitting was excellent and the finish is really first class, knocked it all out in two days and left the house spotless. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

1st class company from start to finish. Took us years to take the plunge and having had quotes over a few years we finally went for it and upgraded the whole house.
