After lengthy research my wife and I decided to go for a Palladio front door.
It came in the colour we liked.
It took a while to make and prepare which didn't bother us- it showed how thorough the company in Ireland are.
Ken was friendly and answered our many questions on the initial interview and measure up.
Lucy in the office kept us on track with developments.
The fitters were professional and friendly.
We live our new front door for security, cost effectiveness in the winter and how well it suites the outside of our cottage.

We had extra large sliding doors fitted by RomVally after trying many companies who were not keen on the install because of the size (. 2door system 7meters wide) I contacted Jack who was more then helpful he gave me a couple of choices and quoted promptly once agreed he gave us an installation date He sent 2 teams on the day of installation all of them very polite very friendly and very helpful we are so pleased with the doors so pleased if anybody would like a viewing we would be happy to show you so you can see what they look like after the installation I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPAN

Rom Valley have now replaced my front door, fitted biofold doors and have just finished installing new house windows and once again I'm thrilled with their work. Harry and Scott have done an amazing job fitting all windows, are very skilled and knowledgeable and the windows look amazing. They arrived early each day, cleaned up before leaving and were friendly and polite. James (in the office) was highly professional in providing advice regarding my options and has the patience of a saint as I changed my mind more than a few times on style and colour. I highly recommend Rom Valley 100%.

Where do I even begin? The most professional and friendly service. After choosing this company through a recommendation we could not be more pleased with the whole process. From designing, sizing and changing our minds a fair few times- we can’t have been the easiest or customers! James was patient, understanding and gave us his expert advice and support throughout.
When it came to delivery and fitting it was as smooth and stress free as possible. Lee and Liam where friendly, knowledgeable and I think they tidied up more mess than they actually made!!!!

Very happy with all the team at Rom Valley. I was certainly not the easiest customer I changed my mind so many times before finally making a choice. James was patient and offered advice for each of my changing ideas. Fitters were punctual and prioritised the things we needed in first to accommodate our renovations. The final result is amazing. I can highly recommend Rom Valley Glass. They recently installed a new composite door for us, complete with glass side panels. We are really pleased with the door and the level of service we received. James, Jack, Alan and team helped us throughout the design process as we wanted to match the glass in the new side panels with some existing stained glass panels, whilst also adding a more modern twist to the design. Rom Valley Glass have been brilliant from the start. They were recommended by someone on Instagram as I was looking for Aluminium Crittal Style doors. James kindly showed us around the showroom and accommodated our budget as best as he could showing different options that could work for French doors we were after.

Their showroom was incredibly impressive and unbelievably clean and smart. They have lots of variety on display of windows, doors, skylights etc and even made me a cup of tea in a Rom valley glass mug!!

They have been very communicative and helpful at all stages and updated me via WhatsApp of when we could expect our delivery.

We chose supply only and the builders fitted the doors. During the fitting day they had a few questions and were not sure about a few elements and Jack was helpful on the phone and immediately arranged a call with one of Rom Valley’s fitters to talk with our builders over FaceTime and the problem was soon solved. They were incredibly helpful and really gave us the time of day and no question was ever too much for them.

Being able to WhatsApp them just makes things so much quicker and easier than constantly sending emails or picking up the phone for sending photos and the odd question. They are always quick to respond.

Highly recommend them. A good quality product but also fantastic customer service from very nice people which makes all the difference for a smooth and positive experience. I would 100% use them again.

I was recommended Rom Valley glass by a friend who was having windows installed by them. He was absolutely 100% spot on, they were excellent. Right from the 1st contact with Jack, then emails, then Jack and his surveyor coming round to measure up the job and finally some excellent, clean and tidy fitting by Scott and Harry everything was perfect. This was a very large window replacement but it was all carried out very easy and professionally by everyone involved. The new windows look great and the noise level has dropped substantially. Should be warmer in the winter too. Recommend Rom Valley !
