Rom Valley were 1st class from start to finish.The workmanship was excellent. They were punctual, informative and very tidy. We are so pleased with our new door and windows and highly recommend them.

I had a Palladio front door fitted. Jack was very helpful from the beginning when choosing the door and was full of information regarding the door. Installation was excellent. Will definitely use Rom Valley again as excellent service start to finish.

Fantastic service, great quality work. Jack's engineer gave unbiased opinion, saved me hundreds of pounds by not replacing the whole door. Instead he fixed the door hinges and other parts, made it look as new.

The builders have done a thorough and clean job, and also replaced the old frame and sill, enhancing the look of the entrance of our house, either outside and inside. I highly recommended them.

Rom Valley have carried out quite a few window repairs and new window fittings in our house and more recently for our summerhouse. They have always been very professional, tidy and honest.

I had used Rom Valley Glass for my bifold doors and windows and due to their service being exemplary I also purchased a front door through them. The service provided by Jack and the team is nothing short of fantastic, keeping me in the picture in terms of delivery dates and the process of installation. I had a fairly big project, all new aluminium windows, a tricky gable window, and 20mm framed sliding doors spanning 7 metres.
I was after a good quality product and a good price.
I had been to many places, rediculous quotes and not very good set ups.
Its such an important decision and a big part of the build, I was anxious i had to get it right. I was referred to Rom Valley by 2 separate friends both who had similar projects to myself (a good start) I had to check them out so i drove down to Rom valley in Brentwood, I was greeted warmly by Jack and the showroom was well displayed and immaculate he explained to me about their set up, he specialises in the frames and his dad (next door) does the glass. Which helps the process run smoother if there would be any hiccups could be sorted quickly, so the perfect set up.
We ran though the options and he went into detail answering my questions thoroughly. I left there feeling I was in the right place, and a few days later i was happier as the price was the most competitive id had also.
I had a 6 week wait due to the product and even during that time Jack was always at the end of the phone and replied to messages or queries I had before the arrival. 6 weeks later as stated they arrived with his team of installers and they did a fabulous job. I am a picky customer for sure but I couldnt fault the level of service from Jack and his team, you can see he wanted to do a good job. During the fit Jack was giving me constant updates, or how I would like things done. And the product exceeded my expectation. I look forward to using Rom Valley in the future, you are in good hands.

A super efficient service -Jack and Richard who surveyed and measured. Harry & Scott arrived on the day and within 45 mins, 3 windows has been removed. They were very polite and professional throughout the day and were extremely clean and tidy - absolutely recommend 😊
