Sarah the lady on reception is awesome. I gave my 2 weeks notice and she waived the 2 week notice fee to help make things easier for me. Definitely recommend

Thank you Sarah for being very friendly and looking after my belongings in storage . I will recommend you to anyone that required storage in the future . The storage facility was always clean and tidy . My only suggestion is the trolleys would be better if they had brakes , they can run away when being loaded .

I used Roomia for 2 years. Highly recommend!
I used a storage unit at Roomia Minchinbury for close to 2 years. My experience was very positive I never had a single issue the entire time. Very easily accessible, the facility is always kept clean and well maintained, and Sarah and Vicki are great. I would definitely use Roomia in the future.
