If you make a booking through Spacer, you are protected by our money back guarantee. For all our valued Spacer Renters, you will be reimbursed in full if:
- The issue is raised within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, and
- The space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or
- There is a significant error in address or description of space, or
- Your vehicle cannot fit in the space
Please note:
- Removalist fees, alternative parking or transport costs, towing charges and any fines are not included as part of the money back guarantee
- Issues not included above, including change of mind, are not covered by our money back guarantee
- Your issue will be confirmed with the Host

Sarah from spacer so helpful and resolved all my issues. There is no doubt on the customer support that they provided to end users however spacer has to improve in many fronts like increasing the staff members, proactive customer notifications and many other things.

Unable to ask host question prior to booking…
There’s no way to communicate with hosts before booking and paying for the space! I last used Spacer a few years back and found it pretty good, opposite of my most recent experience! I contacted support to see how I could ask the host a question and my Spacer account was closed. Crazy!
