If you make a booking through Spacer, you are protected by our money back guarantee. For all our valued Spacer Renters, you will be reimbursed in full if:
- The issue is raised within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, and
- The space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or
- There is a significant error in address or description of space, or
- Your vehicle cannot fit in the space
Please note:
- Removalist fees, alternative parking or transport costs, towing charges and any fines are not included as part of the money back guarantee
- Issues not included above, including change of mind, are not covered by our money back guarantee
- Your issue will be confirmed with the Host

Unable to ask host question prior to booking…
There’s no way to communicate with hosts before booking and paying for the space! I last used Spacer a few years back and found it pretty good, opposite of my most recent experience! I contacted support to see how I could ask the host a question and my Spacer account was closed. Crazy!

Even if it took a few days between emails back and forth. No matter. We weren’t in a hurry for those answers anyhow. I would recommend this site to anyone wishing to rent out there space.
